Over the years we…read morehave seen our medical insurance coverage change, not covering as much, not covering the things we wanted covered so we began to look at additional policies through Aflac - that is when I met Josette Kreeger and we signed up for coverage through Aflac in June 2015. Josette provided a non pressure presentation of the various coverages Aflac offers, met with each of our team members and helped them understand how the various coverages could work for them and we put a program in place. In 2019 I had several TIA strokes, thank goodness I had Aflac. Working with Josette I was able to provide the care and billing overview which in turn she walked me through the process to put in a claim and low and behold the coverages kicked in. Not only did she get well over $10,000 of expenses covered (that were not covered by my traditional medical insurance) - she actually worked with me and submitted other billing from medical episodes that I had had in 2016 and 2018 - all were covered. Bottom line, Josette is a partner that you can trust, never tries to upsell or oversell (which could be done easily with a complicated and often confusing insurance process), has met with our team yearly to walk them through their choices, sets the programs up, deals with billing and is always available whenever myself or my team have questions. My only regret is that we did not make this available when we first opened our doors back in 2005. I HIGHLY recommend Josette Kreeger with AFLAC!
