I highly recommend her to any new parent! Karen (Dr. Wang's nurse) is also really nice and polite! She is gentle with our newborn and also has really good bedside manners. The facility is fairly new. It's located right behind H-E-B (not in the same parking lot). Some maps don't pull up the address correctly because the street is relatively new as of this review date. The address I added on Yelp is accurate. The facility and process they implement for Covid-19 prevention is great. They check you at the entrance and actually enforces people to distance themselves. Everyone wears their mask and tries to be safe. I feel like we got lucky choosing this place. Thank you for being awesome!

Of course, there are plenty of doctors who are kind, smile, make you feel comfortable, and have wonderful bedside manner. But there is something completely different about watching a doctor who genuinely loves what they do. It is so endearing to watch how much she genuinely enjoys interacting with the children. She doesn't just talk to my daughter because it's part of the appointment--she truly engages with her, enjoys her personality, and seems genuinely happy to be there with her. That kind of service is appreciated and absolutely amazing in this mom's opinion. I love that sick children can always be worked in on short notice because sometimes you just can't wait for your child to be seen. I have never been told no when calling for an appointment and we have also visited with Dr. Husain when Dr. Ho was unavailable. We love her, too! The waiting room is clean and child friendly. Wait times can be long but that's the norm for any doctor's office. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a pediatrician for your child!

She is ALWAYS available via text (really, can you believe that? Evenings, weekends) and will respond to you promptly. For a short period of time, after the birth of my second child, I was using two different pediatricians (wasn't happy with the first, was in search of new Dr ) My kid got sick, I called both doctors as I was desperate to talk to someone asap. His Dr sent me to ER. However, Dr. Burgos, made me follow a treatment and even sent prescription order to the pharmacy. Told me to monitor and go to ER only if he got worse. I still went to ER as I was paranoid due to what his "main" doctor said. After hours of waiting and a huge bill after, the Dr at the hospital ended up doing the same treatment that Dr Burgos advised and sent me home. My son was normal a few days later. I immediately switched doctors after. Recently, I called her due to my son getting COVID , and reached the next day to make sure he was ok. She had the day off, but she still sent her assistant to call me to arrange in case I needed to see someone right away! Our previous pediatrician would send us to the ER for anything other than regular check ups. Literally. Her office staff is friendly, patient and caring. They all look like they get along well and make a good team. I'm beyond happy that I found Dr. Burgos. And I'm happy that I didn't go by the "looks" (previos Dr office was super refined and new installation). I trust her fully with the care of my two boys!

Our baby had jaundice requiring a NICU stay, as well as a false positive on her newborn screen (requiring repeat testing). It was a very stressful postpartum period for us, but Blue Fish was a silver lining. Drs. Agrawal and Kim were so incredibly compassionate, non-judgmental, and attentive. Dr. Agrawal was our daughter's incredible PCP -- but even Dr. Kim called to follow up on our baby's health after seeing us as the on-call pediatrician. They went above and beyond to make sure we, as a family, were doing well. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I only wish they could have moved with us to California. :)

The place he was supposed to go to called at 9am this morning to tell me even though he'd been seen 2 weeks ago without a referral. I called Gentle Pediatrics and they were sympathetic, understanding and very accommodating. First, the new office is beautifully! The fish tank is beautiful. I wanted to be a patient there but in too old!! Second, staff is amazing! I couldn't thank them enough!! Third, Dr. Hasnain made my 16 year old son smile, which has been impossible to do lately. And Dr. Hasnain helped me feel better about my shortcomings as a parent by telling me I'm a good mom. Why was that so important? In the last 2 months we have gone through a lot as a blended family and I've often felt like a failure as a parent. It is rare to find someone who is still passionate about their job after 32 years.
