I really have no complaints about this practice. Both of my children have been coming to see Dr. Ho since birth and he is truly an excellent pediatrician. Dr. Ho really knows his stuff and I trust him completely with my children's health needs! He is an expert in his field and so knowledgeable. He or his nurse will always return your call before the end the business day and he will even try to call again if you miss him the first time. That kind of service is appreciated and absolutely amazing in this mom's opinion. I love that sick children can always be worked in on short notice because sometimes you just can't wait for your child to be seen. I have never been told no when calling for an appointment and we have also visited with Dr. Husain when Dr. Ho was unavailable. We love her, too! The waiting room is clean and child friendly. Wait times can be long but that's the norm for any doctor's office. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a pediatrician for your child! read more

Every pediatrician my daughter (now 2 years old) has encountered has been very caring and knowledgeable about her case even when it's the first time meeting her. Dr. H. Ho is her primary but she has visited with Dr. Isenhower, and Dr. Leung a couple of times. I truly appreciate how quickly they responds to messages I send through MyChart. Dallas is a nurse there and she is OUTSTANDING. She is usually the person who responds to my non-emergent inquiries and provides very sound recommendations. read more

We absolutely adore Dr Ho. He's quick, there's never a wait time and he knows his stuff. I truly believe the only reason my daughter is thriving today is because of him - had we stayed with our old pediatrician, she may not be here. I love that if I ever have a question I can call & leave a message and HE will call me back himself, I've even received a call for a non-emergent issue at 8pm from him! Additionally, he's gone the extra mile to get expensive formula covered for all of my children & never makes me feel like I'm being judged. My daughter has been going to TX Children's in Sugar Land for 6.5 years now. There was an incident with her father in August regarding mask wearing, and I just found out today that we have been "dismissed" by the practice - while attempting to schedule an appointment because my daughter is running a fever of 102 and is extremely lethargic. Mind you, he put on a mask but was not wearing it to the standards of the front desk supervisor who chose to chase him down a hallway (literally running), yelling at him that his mask wasn't high enough. According to whose standards? There are two sides to every story, and evidently, the decision to dismiss us from the practice was based on one side. In addition to that, I was not notified of the dismissal. According to the manager, Stephanie Chavez, a certified letter was sent to my home address but returned to sender. I've lived at my home address for nearly 2 years, and in those two years, I've never had mail returned to any other provider/sender/etc. - including past correspondence with TX Children's. When I attempted to have a conversation with Ms. Chavez, I was cut off at every turn and told there was nothing she could do about it. She's not helpful. The security guard that was called to handle the matter asked my daughter's father if he wanted to file a complaint on the supervisor -- so TX Children's, please don't act like your supervisor is the victim in this case. She's not. The only victim is my 11 year old daughter who can no longer be seen by a trusted physician -- Dr. Isenhower, I'm disappointed. I truly believe you should have heard both sides of the story before you decided to cease the patient-doctor relationship with my daughter. Shame on you all. Shame on TX Children's. Make note that the Karen who is the supervisor that destroyed our ability to receive care has caused issues for other families in the past. read more

I did not like the doctor's Robert Whitening sarcastic bbedside manner. He barely greeted the patient when he entered the room. Clerk in the front needs more training. The guy in radiology unprofessional. The office did not call me with X-ray results. Both appointments were in the morning and over in the morning. I should have received a call before or by the EOD of business. Customer service has weakened a lot in the medical field. I only give 1 star for appointment availability. The lack of sympathy and empathy. Just got a dismissal letter because of discrimination bad survey that both offices deserved. The dismissal is retaliation for the survey that has been received. My child's visit was almost a month ago. I guess someone decides to be a demon by hurting the care of my child. We have been through the ringer dealing with quack doctors. Unprofessional staff Texas Children used to be a golden medical institution for children. Currently waitron Family Advocate to return my call. I will be making a formal complaint to the State Medical Board. read more

Be prepared to wait, there were long wait times however the staff is very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and nurses are constantly checking on the patient. read more

Terrible customer service, they really don't care about a sick child at the front desk, patients are just files, no empathy. I had found more understanding at the vet office when I call about my sick cat; than at this place when I asked them to see my sick daughter. It was nice that this Sugar Land office took the time to address my concerns. Though i still think that scheduling can be better, bringing my child here for an office visit was a very good experience. The staff here was very nice, caring and knowledgeable. The only reason that i bring up issues is that i want the best for my child and i've always thought that Texas Children's was one of the best providers out there. Them reaching out confirms that they acknowledge and care what a customer thinks and feels. I will be taking my child here with confidence. 11-10-2017: My three year old daughter was turned away today for a flu shot. The waiting room was practically empty and I was willing to wait but was told that flu shots were given by appointment only. Note that lack of supplies was not given as the reason. The receptionist delivered the message with a cold demeanor, while making it clear that I was inconveniencing her. If CVS does not require an appointment, why would one be required at a Pediatrician's office? Appointments can be made online but there is no option for a flu shot visit. Last year we were told an appointment is not required for a flu shot. Apparently, the level of service is declining at this office. Thousands of children are hospitalized each year for flu related complications. This kind of service is not helping the matter. I wanted to provide feedback on this matter directly to the office but I could not find a mechanism to do that. My daughter's pediatrician is Dr. Husain who is fantastic. This office does not match the excellence of Dr. Husain or the other doctors that I have taken my daughter to see. Not even close. read more

I have followed Dr. Ishenhower here. She has seen my oldest since birth 10 years ago and now is all 3 of my children's primary physician. She is amazing ! The office staff here is friendly and it's an overall good experience every-time. read more

We have Dr. Hubert Ho. We absolutely LOVE him for our son since his birth 4 years ago. He may not be a great fit for a few cause he is pretty quick on his examination. People may think that he rushes through the exam, not at all. He knows his stuff, very direct and confident. We find him very competent and knowledgeable. And when we call or message him our concerns, he always personally calls or message us back. We changed to a few other Pediatricians (which were all great) due to change in insurance. However, we came back to Dr. Ho, paying out of pocket, not-in-network with our insurance because we absolutely TRUST him. And that is one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our son! He is truly unmatched! read more

The answering receptionist are completely rude here. I called to schedule a appointment after my insurance company gave me there phone number to make an appointment. I had completely forgot the insurance name. I've been sick for 11 years I have like 7 specialist aNd a reg md. She made me hang up call my insurance company again just to get the name. It took about 45 min just to get that for her. I didn't even call back because I was upset. With the member Id ah can pull up the info but was to lazy or just didn't want to. Fast forward 6 months my daughter is sick and I need to see a doctor. I cal back and guess who answer wet again Veronica and she asks me same insurance info guess what I forgOt again . She said it's my responsibility and I need to cal my provider to check what Insurmace it is ‍. I told her why do u Have to be so rude I can give u my daughters member number and u can pull that up. So I gave it to her and she pulled it up ... by this time I was upset I told her wHy do you have to act this way it's not very hard I've been sick for 11 years and I've never heard of a receptionist to act this Waac. I ask her when was the next availability for a doc she said till May. I hung up kinda didn't believe her. I called back with hopes of someone else answer but she answered and I asked to speak to a manager. She transferred me to a nice woman I told her I had a complain. Told her how Veronica treated me and how she treated me back 6 months ago. She apologized for Veronica. I ask her when is next Availability for q doctor and it's in April not May . So I don't know how the attending doctors are there because I couldn't even get passed the receptionist but I do hope the doctors see my message and talk to her about bind nice or polite and helpful. Dr. Ottness is the worst. Very rude, short and condescending. We have been a patient of Dr. Danzinger for over 4 years and she is great. When she is out we default to Ottness. This will never happen again. Every time we leave an appointment with Ottness we are outraged with her lack of compassion and pompous attitude. Missed diagnostics which sends us to other Dr.s with specialty level training. You could imagine how much these specialty Dr.s cost. read more

I cannot begin to even think of the words of Gratitude that I have for these Doctors. I have taken my son to Texas Children's Pediatrics in Sugarland since he was born. My primary doctor is Dr. Sapna Singh. She is very thorough and really knows her stuff. Dr. Singh always addresses my concerns and makes me feel comfortable. She goes above and beyond when it comes to my son no matter if I bring my son in for a small cold or something more serious and concerning. I also get the nurses to call me back or the Doctor themselves to call me by the end of the day, or on weekends. My son's health is thriving because of all the right treatment and recommendations thus far. I love her as my pediatrician. Then there is Dr. Hussain who has the best bedside manner. Dr. Hussain also goes above and beyond every time as well. If either doctor is not available, I always feel comfortable seeing any other doctor on hand for that day. The Pediatric Doctors at this location really care and have a great team, not to mention the rest of the Staff & Receptionist. Every one is very nice. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a Pediatrician for their child. read more

As a parent of a special needs child, I'm warning you, do not go to this location for speech therapy or occupational therapy! The entire therapy department on the 3rd floor is horrible! If you truly have a special needs child, don't waste your time! Find another location. read more

I love this place...especially our pediatrician, Dr. Singh. She's fabulous and makes both my girls and me feel better and reassured every time we go. I've had a couple long waits, but usually it's reasonable. read more
