They practice safe distance, masking and lots of sanitizer. And they checked my temp. Had a standard eye exam. No rushing. I've always tensed up over the glaucoma test and I was comfortable enough that it sailed by. I still have great eyesight and healthy eyes and wasn't pressured to buy prescription lenses. This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had when seeing an eye doctor. I called for an appointment, and they got me in within a week. I went today and got there 20 minutes early for my appointment & was taken in early. The staff was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable! The assistant (not sure of her actual title) went through numerous series of tests and set up a lot of information prior to me seeing Dr. Horn. Once the Dr. came in, she was quick, precise and answered all my questions so that I understood everything she was saying. Dr. Horn is straight forward & I appreciate that 100%, she talks to you, not at you. Next, out to pick out a pair of glasses - the woman that assisted me was friendly, again knowledgeable and walked me through different frame options. I chose a pair of Prada frames, went with anti-glare, transitions & progressive lenses. Quite frankly I was nervous about the cost, but when all said and done, the price was reasonable and she discounted the frames as I do not have insurance and was paying out of pocket. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO BEACH FAMILY EYE CARE and I'm actually looking forward to the fact they will call me next year when I'm due for a visit!! (my only regret is I forgot everyone's names that assisted me today!)

I had my eye doctors assistant who marks the glasses and checks measurement and fitting explain why your glasses aren't right. She marked your glasses showing how far off your markings are. I mailed your glasses to you as they are no good to me. Return the money you billed to my credit card in May 2023 ($649.27) and return the balance you charged my insurance company. You refused to accept the glasses at your office. You are not only incompetent you are a thief. I will be taking you to court. Avoid The Vision Centers and find a reputable Professional eye store.

My mother-in-law went in for her yearly eye exam. She wanted to keep her current frames as they…read morewere very expensive and purchased at 20/20 Eyewear. After a week to order, they updated her frames with new lenses. She could not see through them without seeing jagged or warped lines when looking at doorways and walls. They attempted to adjust them for 40 minutes then ordered new lenses to try to fix the issues. Another week went by and another set of new lenses came in. Same problems with the newer lenses. After another 40 minutes of trying to adjust the lenses she was still seeing jagged and wrapped lines. Needless to say Mom left very upset and will be going elsewhere for exams and glasses.
