Frames that came in were purple. Double checked with my husband who was there at the time. He said the frames I tried on were red. Staff insisted the frames I got were the ones I tried on and that manufacturer didn't make that frame in red. That's their story, and they're stickin' to it. Now I'm stuck with an extremely expensive pair of glasses I really dislike. Will never buy frames from Indigo again.

My…read moreappointment started exactly on time and every person I came in contact with were friendly and professional. I have had issues with rushed appointments that didn't address my issues. Not here! My vision is already improved over what I had and we're not done. I'm test driving my new contacts for a week or so and then will go back to finalize the prescription. Dr. Plank is thorough, knowledgeable and professional and the entire staff was wonderful. Highly recommend!
