DR Charles Stewart was my PCP from when I was 12 until I was 24. At age 23 he and his colleagues misdiagnosed gallstones as a fistula between my colon and duodenum. Due to his ignoring repeated requests by my mother, a nurse, to do a simple HIDA Scan I spent 6 weeks in the hospital, 2 of them recovering from a laparotomy where the surgeons gutted me and searched every inch of my intestines and found nothing. Doctor Stewart decided the best course of action was to scream at me the day after the surgery and proclaim that he did not misdiagnose me, but that I was healed by the power of Jesus. After moving from FL to WA the symptoms reoccurred and I was seen by a GI Dr who immediately recognized that it was gallstones and my gallbladder was removed using 3 small incisions. But I developed a hernia from the first surgery which has reoccurred twice and left me permanently disabled and in constant pain.
Do not see this "man" if you want competent treatment as opposed to stubborn refusal of obvious facts and blames divine intervention for his mistakes. I wouldn't let him treat my dog. read more
