So, I…read moreapplied for a 39K rental property mortgage through WPCU expecting that I would receive the same level of service. Tim Carpenter was my Mortgage Loan Originator at Wright-Patt Credit Union e. The initial contact was amenable. He told me what I would need, and I provide the information on the same day. After that things went downhill. He was very slow to respond. When he replied he did not answer the question I asked him. He did not call the listing agent or the buyers agent in a timely way. He asked me to provide him the same document repeatedly. He made mistakes in the closing documents because he did not read his emails thoroughly, so he did not have current information. An easy straight forward mortgage took three months to complete. I called and left messages, he did not respond for many days. When I was finally fed up with his service, I called and emailed his supervisor Bill Brogan, Loan Account Executive @ Union Savings Bank President, he never called me back. I did get a mortgage but the experience was so stressful that I will never use them again.

Sometimes, the wait inside is long. That can be irritating but I just try not to go inside when I'm in a hurry. They're busy because they're a great bank! I've always been waited on by friendly tellers....never had a single bad encounter with a staff member. I've visited a few other locations, and even though I live closer to the one on Xenia Ave, I prefer to go a little further to go to this one. I will never switch banks as long as they remain the way they are now...just perfect.

I wasn't particularly unhappy with Fifth Third bank but the atmosphere at LCNB is so extraordinarily wonderful that I moved all of my Fifth Third money to LCNB as well. As there is no Key Bank local to me, I ended up at this branch as a trip to Jungle Jim's (down the road) was also planned. The 3 Tellers inside of the bank were extremely helpful. As this was (I'm guessing) a somewhat unusual situation, I spoke with all 3 Tellers who assisted in the process of getting access back to my mobile banking. Between making different phone calls, waiting on hold and then assisting me with setting up my new mobile banking account, the process took approximately 45 minutes to an hour. While I was waiting I took pictures of this adorable piggy bank. I wanted to request a piggy bank for myself, but I refrained...lol. 5 star experience today at this branch.

My late husband had Medicare supplemental policies through this agency. The agent came to our house, 20 miles away. Recently, my mortgage was sold and I received a notice from the new company saying I was out of compliance by not having hazard insurance. The notice is alarming, almost threatening, however, I knew all I needed to do was make a quick phone call to the agent and it would all be taken care of.

But after years of not listening when we called and raising our rates annually, and moving to a different city, and no longer needing the crazy wheelchair van rental insurace that only Western Reserve would even offer, we decided it was time to shop around. Mike accused my wife of being drunk when we finally chose another insurance company, verbally harassed her, lied about the policy, and tried to bully her into staying. He even had the gall to insinuate "If you're really a Christian you'd stay with us. We're a Christian company." We never once mentioned religion to him. I find that offensive to Christians and non Christians alike. Then he refused to cancel our policy stating that he only works for his clients which we aren't anymore. "We need you to have the agency send a signed cancel on both home and auto." Worst of all, I believe that he's an old school sexist who would never have said half of those things if he were talking to me instead of my wife. True colors shown, he comes off every bit as low as the classic sleezy used car salesman. Best off elsewhere.
