Then, they insist on running a credit report on you when you are opening a new SAVINGS account. I can understand that for a loan, but for a Jumbo savings account??? Their rates are good, but not at all worth the hassle and unprofessionalism!

It was determined the best thing to do was void the card used and go to the closest branch for a replacement. I did (815 S. Breiel Boulevard branch) told them what happened expecting some attitude or Tsk-tsks and got, 'We'd be glad to help you'. They did; like another branch in town that helped with my mom's account a while back. Beware of First Financial Bank-- they'll spoil you.

Geographically, they closed two branches by me so there's that. Second, any time I speak with someone, I get a different answer on the same question. Third, their system is always down. Can't look up your balance/etc. This last time, I didn't receive an item from a vendor that was supposed to be mailed (it totaled about $30). I called Aurgroup to dispute the charge and boy did I have to jump through hoops, there was an investigation/I had to show emails and receipts and provide the story to them over a couple of weeks again and again. The first time this has ever happened to me as a member at this bank. It was almost not worth it.

Knox. It's hard to have confidence in some tellers based on the fact that they haven't grasped the wise saying that you should dress for the job you want and not the one you have. I'm hopeful that in time they will learn these basic rules of achieving success. It may just be time to move to a bank that possesses more ATM's and values its customers time.
