I wasn't particularly unhappy with Fifth Third bank but the atmosphere at LCNB is so extraordinarily wonderful that I moved all of my Fifth Third money to LCNB as well. LCNB is the only bank that I will every need.

As there is no Key Bank local to me, I ended up at this branch as a trip to Jungle Jim's (down the road) was also planned. The 3 Tellers inside of the bank were extremely helpful. As this was (I'm guessing) a somewhat unusual situation, I spoke with all 3 Tellers who assisted in the process of getting access back to my mobile banking. Between making different phone calls, waiting on hold and then assisting me with setting up my new mobile banking account, the process took approximately 45 minutes to an hour. For example, she gives children piggy banks and helps educate them about money market accounts and the importance of saving. Since I had little mentorship when I was young, I didn't open a bank account until I was 18. For kids now, an early start in good fiscal management will serve them very well in the future. I had a high regard for and trust in Emili, to the extent that, when six of my CDs ended over the last year, I brought them to US Bank. She is very good at troubleshooting and problem-solving, and she has been a great help to the community. We wish her all the best in her new role.
