I had had some issues with my payment by mail not being received in a timely manner. I am always hesitant to do anything online, so therefore have been writing checks to you for years! I told her my situation, and she explained in detail, the best course of action and easiest way to pay my balance. She was so helpful. I had so many questions! When I asked a question, instead of receiving a helpful answer, a manager interjected into the conversation with the employee and responded with, "Wasn't this explained to you when you opened the account?" This was unhelpful and dismissive. As a customer, I expected guidance and solutions, not to be made to feel at fault for needing clarification. Hugo Gutierez just helped me resolve an unnecessary charge to my account, and Kimberly Woodard has helped me several times and has impeccable customer service and follow-up.
