We even called the Highway Patrol for assistance but they only gave us more options of garages that couldn't help us. Thank goodness we found County Ones number!! They jumped on the road and was loading up our boat and boat trailer without hesitation within the hour. Spanky followed us down to the nearest boat dock. He waited for us to get the boat into the water and then left. We couldn't believe the low charge! After he left we realized that the tire wasn't going to hold long enough to make it to a shop. We called him back and again without hesitation he came back, loaded up the boat trailer and hauled it to the garage that we asked him to. Again for a low cost! We cant say enough great things about Spanky and County One Towing. They saved our weekend and went out of their way to help. We Definitely recommend their services!

When they called wanting $200.00 to deliver to my requested repair shop, or let them take it to their yard for free, I knew something was up. I have AAA and didn't know they weren't my tow company till they had my car on their truck. When I asked the driver what the hell he was doing with my car on his truck, he said the Tennessee highway patrol called him. The driver took my daughter, granddaughter,and son in law with the car, to McDonald's parking lot to wait for me. When I arrived they were there with the owner of the company and the officer that handled the accident....... weird! Because this problem truly was between the company and I. Now I have the highway patrolman calming down the fact this towing company was trying to scam me. The officer informed me that my name was not on the registration and therefore wasn't my business. Even though it's my daughter, and my AAA, and my insurance,,,, ohhhh and the car is in my wife's name. I feel this is what is happening....... the patrolman is friendly with the tow company, maybe compensated, when I called them out on it,they all worked very hard to make it go away.... The owner of the company called me the biggest prick he'd ever seen, and that he'd been in business for 30 years, and that his company was the only Highway approved towing company in Tennessee ,,,, that was enough for me. I told Charles towing to get the car off their truck and I'd have it towed by my original tow truck company. They dropped it in place and left. I didn't know what I was going to do. Charlie is amazing . So kind . And he didn't charge me half of what bakers said it would be to winch my car out of the ditch. Charlie pulled me out snapped my bumper back together straightened out the metal part that got pushed up and I was able to drive away. He even followed me to my road to make sure I was OK. We…read moreunderstood it's memorial day weekend and everybody's busy, but our YouTV was in the lake and needed to get out immediately. Nobody could/would help us. Finally we got a hold of royal blue rescuers and they came out, evaluated it and came up with a plan to get our UTV out of the water. Thanks to Bruce after about 30 minutes, it was rescued! Not only did he get it out, but then he took it all the way to Tommy's motorsports in Knoxville Tennessee. Way above and beyond anything we could've hoped for! We are very grateful!
