After the lady…read morechecked me in and took my insurance, she told me to have a seat but there was a minimum of a 3 hour wait. I told her to cancel my appointment as a 3 hour wait was unacceptable. Don't know what is going on at the Washington NC office but someone needs to look into it. My insurance better not be billed for this appointment. I was there on time. If my insurance is billed I will take this complaint further as you could not meet the scheduled appointment.

I said, I'm happy to wait as long as I need to for an eye exam and to purchase glasses and contacts, if possible. I guess, you guys must make enough money, to let me walk out. I usually pay between $500-$1000 for glasses and contacts. At the end of the day, it's a Business. If customers want to drop Money in your lap and will not complain about wait time... ie; walk-in!!! Make it happen!!!! Customer retention, customer resolve and customer experience not a focus here. Why pay anybody a salary at the counter just to say no to paying and happy to wait all day customers. Just plain stupid. Just keep on making those appointments and racking up those customer complaints since you can't seem to honor appointments either. Who is the owner or manager of this place?
