My appointment was on a Friday so obviously I wouldn't get them till at least Monday after the first "wait" week. Well that Monday came and went so did that Friday!!! So to be exact I've waited two weeks not including weekends and STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE PLACE!! I will never go here again and I will do my best to tell everyone how much this place doesn't care about there customers!!! As soon as they call me to get my glasses im going to let them know how sorry there company is. And just for the ppl who are going to ask "Did you call them and check yourself?" Staff could not have cared less, walked around as if in a dream world. Maybe it's just a sign of my old age, but this is not what a doctor's office is supposed to be like. When I complained and said we would not be back, the PA scolded me, said I would not find glaucoma care elsewhere without driving to Greenville or Duke! It felt like bullying and intimidate. No worries!!! I already drive my friend to the eye specialist at Duke on a regular basis. I can certainly drive my mother there. Hubby & I stopped going there years ago due to their crappy attitude. Reason for visit is cause I had a metal shard get in my eye cause I was doing some custom work to car, I was having issues with seeing, came to Dr. Carol Johnston office and spent not even 1min with her working on me and then she said done, I was like what you mean your done!! she removed the shard, rust, and gave anti drops and made me feel comfortable the whole time which by the way I was freaking out cause the ER put a needle in my eye so had a bad taste for it, which she didn't by the way, she has skills. Barely felt anything at all. I would absolutely refer and return back if needed. Thanks again.
