Amazing and helpful at every step. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Whitely and Dr. Coiner exposing everything well and provided comfort.

Attempting to get GYN appointment. hopefully with ease and fairly soon for I'm have severe menapause problems

Normally I don't leave reviews for places where I receive health care - for obvious reasons, such as divulging my own PHI, as well as not wanting to really put a "rating" on a service that is necessary instead of optional. However, my experience at Greenville OBGYN recently with Dr. Jack Coiner was so positive, I really wanted to share with others who might be looking around for healthcare options. When initially scheduling an appointment over the telephone, I told the administrative assistant I would take whoever could get me in the soonest. Dr. Coiner happened to have an opening, so I was able to be matched with him as my physician. I was quite anxious prior to my appointment, partly because in my 15+ years of receiving gynecological care, I had never met with a male gynecologist before. Wow! Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Immediately upon greeting me in the exam room, Dr. Coiner was personable, approachable, and quickly established rapport. He was organized, conscientious, and appeared to genuinely to listen to me and my concerns. He was proactive at explaining exam procedures and provided education to me in a comprehensive, respectful, and not condescending way. He was open to answering my questions, and he did not make me feel like I was wasting his time or bothering him. Most importantly, I trusted him, believed him to be competent and knowledgable, and felt at ease both during and after my visit. Oh, and on top of all of that... he was also funny! I highly recommend him to anyone who is in the process of looking for a new medical provider - especially one who is supportive, encouraging, and willing to meet you where you're at. My GP referred me to Dr Stephenson a few months back and I am so glad he did. I feel like the nurses, the procedure scheduler, and Dr Stephenson have all take a special interest in me. I called one afternoon with a problem and they got me right in that day. I drive about 75 miles one way for my appointments and I don't even mind. I appreciate all they do for me! read more

Why would the medical field recommend a vaccine if they're still going to make you wear a mask? This is stupid to me. I'm mildly annoyed by the office workers here. read more

Dr. Whitley is amazing! She's thorough, genuinely cares about her patients and their health. Because of that experience with a family member, I changed practices to see her. Unfortunately my first visit isn't with her. Here's my experience thus far while I sit and wait to see Deb. Check-in- second/middle window - young lady, rude and impersonal. Nurse/MOA who called me back- excellent; personable, pleasant, discreet. 2 thumbs up! Nurse to take me to room- RUDE, she says to the MOA, "are you done with her". No good morning, nothing. Brings me to the room tells me to undress and wrap the drape around myself. I go the the little changing room. Undress and there's no drape. It's sitting on the exam table. Now I continue to wait listening to the conversation amongst the nurses (I assume)about their restaurant choices and the delicious twice-baked potato one of them had at the Rickhouse. Hopefully Deb is a saving grace for this first appointment! So Deb just came in and thank God...she's great!!! read more

Nice and friendly staff. Great doctors. They take time with their patients. Everyone is nice and passionate!

My first gynecology visit was to Greenville Obgyn a year ago. They were absolutely awful! The front desk staff was very polite, but my doctor, not so much. Dr. Haskins was very rude and judgmental. She made me agree to unnecessary tests which mysteriously came back with results that would require a follow up exam, costing me another co-pay. Upon requesting another test of proof, the answer was "no", and that their tests were very accurate, so another test would not be necessary. I was treated for an infection I did NOT have, and I know this because I received another test before treatment from a different doctors office, and it came back negative, and they supplied me with a full document of my test results. When I asked to see the actual document of my results from Dr. Hanskins, she refused, again saying that her test was accurate. They also would not supply my birth control until they received another copay for a test of cure (a year later) and yet another copay for another routine exam after that. They are terrible doctors only interested in money! read more
