I called Bloomhouse Landscape and Irrigation to obtain an estimate to replace 13 sprinkler heads. I was informed that the cost should not exceed $700, if the cost when above that, I would be informed before moving forward. I walked the ground with the two-man team to explain what I needed. The team lead recommended an additional sprinkler head in the back yard. I asked for the cost, and he stated that it should not exceed $100, so I agreed, thinking that the total cost would be around $800. Upon the finish, I walked the ground to check the sprinkler heads. I'm satisfied with the work and provided the lead person with $40 cash, a $20 bonus for each person. Later, I was informed that the bill was $1,881.83, over a $1,000 increase over the estimate. I paid with a check and three (3) days later I still don't have a receipt. I've called the office 3-4 times trying to obtain why the large increase in cost and for a receipt. Still no reply. I won't use this company for any work moving forward. Recommendation to other customers of this company, DO NOT start the work until you have the estimate in writing.

He put in a lower paver porch in our back, with great precision. it has…read moreexpanded our outdoor space x2. he put in a slight pitch for proper water drainage, chose a lovely color paver, and trimmed it with sod to integrate nicely with the yard. my neighbors are so impressed they too desire Davis to do work for them as well. He also relandscaped the front. he replaced the traditional needles with a new yard, leveling first with fresh soil and fixing the watering system to assure proper watering for all of the new grass and landscaping. we put in three crepe myrtles and three Salvia. He placed them excellently amongst the bushes and plants that were still in good condition. I highly recommend Davis! Ps- he does most of the work himself with a small; crew. so it was great to see him every day and consult on ideas along the way. he has a great eye and we integrated almost all of his suggestions. he is readily reachable too when I had questions or thoughts.
