The gentleman explained everything thoroughly when scheduling and also explained what we needed once we described what services needed to get done. The company arrived on time just as they said and called when they were on the way. Janice arrived and was absolutely outstanding. I cannot give her enough praise. She also got assistance from her superiors and they came out to assist her. They were great as well. We did a deep clean service, which took probably about seven hours. We were able to leave our home and let them do their job knowing our home was safe and secure as they worked. I will absolutely be booking. Castle keepers again. They are phenomenal. The company I had scheduled with was Molly made, and they were absolutely horrible. They explained to me that I scheduled the wrong service even though I explained to them this was my first time getting services and what I needed the services for and they still scheduled me a week in advance. When the company came out, the lady said they were going to get their cleaning supplies and they never returned. They actually left and the company called me and said they would not be able to do the service since it was scheduled incorrectly. I just want to put that out there so if anyone ever tries to schedule with that company do not you will waste your time and your money. Castle keepers is great. When I book with Castle keepers again I will definitely be asking for Janice every time. She is an outstanding employee and works for a very great company.
