I marked mine down to 3 star because I had multigrain bread, and the strange grain taste overwhelmed everything else, and I've had better meatballs. The Hunny liked hers, and was pleasantly surprised to see bacon in there. For the less important things: Decor didn't really stand out. Service was with a smile. I joked about getting multigrain bread ("can you tell I'm from California?"), and the girl said "so's my boyfriend. He loved this one sandwich shop where he came from, and he said that Potbelly is better!" I doubt that anything can beat Capriotti's, but maybe there are selections at Potbelly that do.
