Sadly, today I was a little taken back when I walked in for pick up order and female worker came out towards register with a half smoked cigarette in her mouth with a 1" ash hanging from it. Now i'm not offended too easily, but this is 2021. Do restaurants still really allow this around food prep? Seriously? ‍. This can't be allowable by any gov food standards, can it? Come on Gino's. The food was not great. The bread was on the stale side and I'd asked for it to be toasted, but it was not truly toasted. I purchased the tuna salad and found that there was more lettuce than anything else on the hoagie. It was slated to be 8 inches but I do not think it was that big. The price was, not surprising for Greensburg, more out of proportion compared to what I purchased. I did not enjoy the sandwich as the tuna salad did not have any discernible flavor. It also took inordinately long amount of time to get the sandwich made. I will say, however, they have a pretty steady following so I hope things improve.R
