Plus my request for a little red sauce on top, which really puzzled the cashier, so I had to explain it's like marinara, was a no go. They don't have any. I had to do a count down with the guy making the sandwich to get a proper submerge for the dip so it would be wet. BTW, you have no idea how that red sauce will make a beef sandwich sing! The Chicago dog was well prepared, but the bottom of the bun opened up about 3/4 of the way thru eating it, so had to really work at not losing the rest of the dog and the toppings all over the plate. A bit of a battle ensued. While everything was okay, the beef especially didn't have nearly the amount of flavor you'd get at a mom n pop joint in Chicago, which are everywhere. In addition, the location was dirty - there were scuff and dirt marks on the floor near the front entrance, and paper items on the ground in the bathroom. Just a bad experience - not to mention we purchased over $500 with of food. Forget about the ordering process - we called close to 5 hours in advance and spent a solid 30 mins on hold as the catering service could not get a hold of the store, as no one would answer the phone! Overall, just an awful location, rude managers, dirty and gross, zero personality that makes dining at Chic-fil-a the typical pleasurable experience.
