The service here probably needs a little work in my opinion you can tell the cashier really didn't want to be there. The area was for the most part cleaned because it was so busy so a little hard to keep everything organized. The food tasted good it was the same nothing special just bbq wings with bone in but I loved the lemonade it was sweet. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I received the incorrect order and had to get it remade so the wait was longer. This did happen to a few people last night I was told the cashier was new so he didn't put the correct orders in but my receipt was correct. #62/2022 Well last review was just before covid Not much has changed too much The menus pretty much still the same the hours have changed a little bit You no longer get a tray when you sit down to dine. It still hooked up to the Petro and hours still very a lot depending on staffing I came in got one of my favorites the medium size or AKA regular teriyaki chicken. No onions substitute Swiss for provolone. Add extra teriyaki sauce lettuce tomato. Upgraded to the drink and fries and one with the cheese added on. And Coke Zero sugar. I'm holding it still at four stars because I think nuthin really changed as far as quality. it was yummers. The cheese fries the gal workin gives me a whole pile of extra cheese and I didn't complain. they poured it on! it was yummy. Did I ask for it? no did I complain? again no LOL. I got a medium chicken teriyaki sub with cheese fries and it was scrumptious! The medium sandwich is huge so I'm curious as to what the LARGE looks like? ..I got the combo so I decided on peach lemonade and boy was it good. It was sweetened just right and to my surprise it had real chunks of peaches in it. I read the reviews and first decided to not try it. But when I walked in the petro I saw four cheerful guys and steam coming from the grill. So we decided to try the original Philly cheesesteak and it was hot, nice portion of meat also tried the cheese fries which were also good and fresh. My husband and I loved the Charley's that was in our local mall. It has since closed and we haven't been to one since. We thought we would check out this one since we pass by it on the interstate often. The truck stop it is located in is disgusting. From trash all over the parking lot to nasty bath rooms, Dirty tables for you to sit at. He doesn't value customer satisfaction, and doesn't need to be working with your establishment. I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience at one of your locations. When I said, "I'm calling corporate." He gave me the impression that nothing would be done. Please do yourselves and Tristan a favor by terminating his employment. He doesn't represent your brand.
