For our main course, I ordered the Baked Eggplant with a side of pasta and it was delicious... My friend ordered the baked mostaccioli and he really liked it . This means multi items and that means, 1/4 pound a half a pound, what type of meats or cheeses and every single time this guy gets my order wrong. He insists I give him the entire order right there! There's items missing. The amount is wrong, and even the type of item, meaning if I asked for sliced baked ham I would get the other type of ham that I didn't want . This didn't happen just once this happens every time I get stuck with him! To see he is incompetent is being kind! So very frustrating! People want to show off their so-called memory skills and all they're doing is screwing up your order. They are not exact. they're not even close! I've had so many mistakes and it's frustrating. This guy has no business saying to any customer when they ask for a half a pound of whatever to insist you give him your entire order! It's fine if you have one or two items total at the deli. But types of meats, types of cheeses, and the amount you want of each at one time. Is offputting and he has no right to do that to any customer and yes, he gets it wrong every time. Ambrosino's needs to let this guy know to he is too take a person's order one item at a time or even two at a time and that's it. He needs to stop being pushy and allow customers to give their deli orders one or two at a time as they wish to do it. He doesn't have any respect for the customers and Ambrosinos's needs to stop this guy. Never again!
