The prices right away seemed a little steep, but I decided to go for it anyways... it seemed like a nice establishment, and possibly a chain, that was brought on base. The meal came out pretty quickly and I excitedly took my first bite... and then retreated. The bread used for the philly cheesesteak was so dense, I could barely bite through the bread, nevertheless negotiate a bite through the steak and cheese on the inside. I decided to just eat the contents of the sandwich with a fork and knife. There was little evidence of the bread being toasted, which I think would have made the bread more supple for this type of sandwich. It was almost like the bread was only mostly baked, if that makes any sense. Anyways, thankfully the fries were edible and I ordered the mozzarella sticks. But $20 bucks for a sandwich and appetizer? it seems a bit expensive. I hope to try other things on the menu to see if my mind can be changed about this place.

First time in years we left a $0 tip. She was the worst server we have had in awhile at any establishment. Next, this place is the chipotle of wings. Smaller and smaller portion sizes every time we come. Menu prices keep going up, portions go down. $11 for 6 bones wings that my children don't get full on because they are so small? $17 if you get a side. Absolutely bonkers. Rosie, herself, was there greeting folks, taking orders, and cooking. The special was 2 or 4 pieces of chicken, any parts you wanted. Husband took two chicken breasts and a side of fries. OMG, it was a huge lunch! The chicken had a nice crispy coating. So good. I love breakfast and Rosie's has breakfast all day long so I had a bacon, pepper, and onion omelette and hashbrowns on the side. My omelette was FULL of ingredients. The hash browns were super crispy and cooked perfectly. Everything was so good! The place is huge with a lunch dining area and the other side more of a bar. There isn't a flashing 'Rosie's Cantina' sign out front, so look for a brick building with a wraparound porch. Great stop!
