This is a mobile food unit and that's pretty cool, plus some of the local artists have blessed it with some fine stencils and other artwork. Got to support the local art scene of course. The Brisket was great and the pulled pork had good flavor. The bbq sauce did not overpower anything with tons of sweetness, but added to the flavor. Arrived, only to have Siri tell me she is still cooking and it would be another 10 minutes or so. I'm not on vacation. This is a work trip and I need to get back to the hotel to work. In my worldly galactic travels, this place reminds me to closest taste of Oodles Of Noodles in Songtan South Korea. The dishes are very exceptional, Siri may get busy, but she is a sweetheart, quality over quantity. Homemade is where the heart is. Other places, that shall not be named, have had bland flavors, dreadful knowledge of their local palet. As in not trying to wow them with the beauty of Thai cuisine.
