The inside of my truck as far as the vacuum goes was ridiculous , there was stuff left between the seats and console and on the passenger side, between the seat and the door it looked like it had not been touched, for the amount I paid, I was definitely expecting a better job than what I got. They had four or five kids around the truck with spray bottles, vacuum hoses and rags, and really it seems like all they were doing is talking. This is a pretty good car wash. I am generally happy with the results here. Sometimes they are a little slow and they don't dry the car very well, but the last time I was there they did a decent job. Not a good experience. we wanted to get the interior cleaned and waited 30 minutes before we decided we weren't going to wait any longer with no end in sight. As we were waiting we witnessed lazy employees. One particularly lazy employee was a girl with short reddish hair that was up. Another favorite spot of mine :) It's like I have a routine every other week. And for this routine on my day off. I go to this car wash because it's right down the street from me. Right after the car wash I go to my favorite place next door at Chick-fil-A's to take home :) You can do a lot of things here at this place there is actually a indoor. For 25 bucks they will vacuum and clean your windows and your vehicle. I really think this is so awesome and economical in cost. Where I'm from in Las Vegas for this kind of detail would mostly cost like a hundred bucks depending what you're getting. Or you can go to the car wash yourself and vacuum out side for free. I just don't think Charlie's should be doing interior cleaning if they aren't going to do it correctly. This location does not have a self vacuum area, which sucks. I went in for a wash and I had free interior cleaning pass, so why not. I have been a car wash member with Charlie's for years. Previously, I have not been pleased with the interior cleaning portion so I never get it done. However, since I had the pass I got it done. Not sure on why they rush especially when there was only one other car. I won't personally spend my money on the interior portion . Like why is my steering wheel area not clean atleast? I would say the only perk is that they wipe down the outside of your car which is nice since the auto mic wash doesn't actually dry the outside. read more

This is my third time visiting location only out of necessity not because I like them and anytime I'm somewhere close to another car wash I would rather go there than Charlie's. The last two times were not the best but not worst so I was like well you get what you pay for if you are asking for 15$ wash. But then again I don't have people riding my car I go to work and back and three days a week I work from home so my car is clean. I don't even let my dog ride my car. This third time I went for a trip and my car got dusty and muddy so I was running errands and out of convenience I stopped there. When they were done I went to get tip paid (gave them 20 cuz I didn't have cash and figured my car was muddy they must have struggled to clean it. Yet when I walked over I immediately saw a mud smudge on the door so I looked under the driver seat and the foot rest was all muddy then on the passenger side on the door the mud was still there so I went back and called one of the guys and he came wiped the door and the passenger side saying oh I don't know how we missed this. When I asked him about the foot rest he said oh sorry once mud gets on there it's hard to get it out it stains it I was like really? He is like yeah I watched them wash it myself. I was pissed off. I looked at him and told him I guess I will go home and wash it myself. Just spent 57$ plus 20$ tip to go wash my own foot rest. Thank you but no thank you I will try harder to avoid that location now in lees summit even if it's the last Charlie's standing. read more

I had a monthly membership pass. I got new tires all the way around on my truck and after the 2nd time through on this set of tires the chain broke and I had to drive through the car wash. I noticed when I got home that my brand new tires on the driver side both had 1/4 deep slices in the tread of the tires. Manager took report and called me a week later said he was waiting on the district manager and I haven't heard back from them since. read more

It really is hard to find a good car wash. Great car wash with great customer service. The level of wash I purchase depends on the weather the day of and upcoming weather. I went through the automatic car wash portion of this car wash and it was the most ill-spent $16 I've spent on a car. It did a terrible job actually washing my car (my car wasn't terribly dirty, I wasn't out muddin' in my Honda Accord or anything). I am betting my kids' hot wheels car wash would have done a comparable job. No amenities like a little wipe for me to use on the inside while going through the wash. And I didn't see free vacuums. Positives were that us was clean and the employees were friendly and professional. However, that's not enough to make me go back there again - there are much better car washes in the area with more amenities. read more

Friendly staff and a very nice facility. Usually when you go there a drive through car wash it doesn't clean certain parts of your car. Typically the back of my car will always be dirty after going through and my car will never get fully dry leaving water spots all over. I would have to say this is the probably the worst car wash I have been to. I had a membership for 4 months. I paid extra for the towel dry package. The spot that gets the dirtiest on vehicles is the spot right behind where your tires are. They never once sprayed that portion in 4 months. I had the same black tar from the road on there until I took my hose out and sprayed it off today. I had the quick pass which I had to sit and wait for someone to come scan me through almost every time. It only worked for me 4 times and I got 12 or more car washes a month. In the towel drying area they use a air compressor to blow the water out of the cracks but they never blow around the door handles. They do a piss poor job drying off. I would spend an additional 10 minutes drying the truck off in their parking lot after they attempted to dry it off. Worst $50 a month car wash out there. I don't typically leave reviews when I get bad service, I just move on. I would feel bad if someone that checked reviews didn't know what they were getting into before deciding to waste time and money at this place. Car washers beware. read more

Our Sale ID # 33968601151 Date 4/24/21 I purchased a $20 Car wash and the $20 Inside clean. They didn't wipe down the outside and the inside wasn't cleaned all the way, sill had dust on the dash and when we pointed it out the did go get a rag to clean the dust on the inside but didn't do a very good job. I had to finish it. Also one of the guys cleaning the inside of my car was more interested in how his hair looked than cleaning my car. He would check his hair out several times and then wipe for a few seconds then go back to his hair. I'm just not very happy with the way my $40 dollars was spent in your car wash. I've been here many times and have always had a great experience. Super friendly staff and my car is clean inside and out. I use the QwikPass Lane and love that you don't have to pay a monthly fee (just pay when you use) and enjoy the express lane to get through quickly. Inside cleaning can take awhile sometimes, I will usually try to go when it looks slow. Highly recommend. read more

I went in without any damage to my car and left with a broken off door handle. The supervisor informed me of the damage and had me wait in the parking lot while he reviewed the camera footage. He told me that part of the handle broke off as his staff wiped over it but he didn't realize it was broken and then opened the door and the rest of the handle came off. The GM called me 2 days later and said that they would not be replacing the handle as he believed it was already damaged before I came in. I don't know anyone who would bring a broken handle through a high pressured power wash or lie about any previous damage. This claim is absolutely absurd and even worse that they damaged my car and won't pay to fix it. Additionally, my car was still dirty when I got inside it. Reading these reviews and talking to others since this incident makes it abundantly clear to me that I am not the only one with this poor experience. read more

Green Lantern really took care of some damage that happened to my car. It was too low to go through the automated car wash so it broke a piece on the bumper. They not only gave me a refund but they also fixed the damage onsite so it didn't look so bad and they also got everything fixed st the local CARSTAR back to brand new condition. Car wash staff is rude and decided it was okay to make jokes about a customer who was sitting 100' away with a window down, VERY unprofessional!! Do not bother using this service with out of state plates. Staff is not equipped or prepared to handle such a task. I have two memberships for out of state plates and had numerous visits before they were willing to discuss fixes for the problem of my plates not reading. We went out of town for 2 weeks, road trip with all the kids, car was a mess! We paid for the max and left to go eat, told them to take their time we needed it really cleaned up. The seats aren't vacuumed or wiped down, crumbs and spots everywhere. They cleaned off my rubber floor mats but didn't vacuum the carpets with ANY effort. Always a good experience and result for what you pay for. People: Friendly and always working. There is never a time I doubt each employee is doing something productive. Product: Three tiers of cleaning level. Would wish there was just one superior product across the board, however each are priced fairly. I'm interested in trying out the unlimited per month. My dad took his 2013 Nissan Maxima here, after hand washing his car for the first 2 years he owned it. Big mistake. Upon leaving, he noticed a large chunk of paint had been torn off. Management confirmed via video evidence that the paint was not damaged prior to entering the wash, but still refused to pay any damages. Not worth it people!!! read more

They can never seem to get the inside of my fenders on my normal size f150 clean from regular road dirt/dust....Not to mention the quality of work they do on the interior. My wife purchased a coupon book for me at this location and was told by the staff that it was good for exterior and interior of the car. Pulled in for my 1st wash and was informed that it was only good for the exterior. I then asked for a return since she was sold the wrong book. They refused! So now they have the book, my money and one ex-customer. I can get my car washed anywhere so service is really the only thing they have that would set them apart from any other location.
