They got a cool toy vending machine at the entrance and the store was so busy but it was a weekend! Checkout was quick with self-checkout available, and they take credit cards. Every year we'd anticipate the cooler weather and plan our order and call it in over the phone and they'd pack a flat rate priority box with as much aged cheddar, fresh curds Colby and brick as possible and find a window where the weather would be cool and it wouldn't sit at the post office over a holiday or weekend. I'd bring them to holiday parties and hand them out to friends until there was only one or two pounds left and then we'd make that last until the next order. Sadly that was our last order, now begins the new adventure of getting the cheese. I don't know what's going to happen. I'll report back when I find out.

My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.
