My boyfriend immediately went to lady at self check out as Jolene was just staring at us and complained about her use of language. This lady we spoke to smiled the whole time and the cashier was laughing. Horrible respect for customers, no action taken and for your prices, you would think you'd want a good experience. It's a reasonably sized store, because that's what they do--they don't sell sushi, or have a a huge deli and bakery and butcher and all. They have an alcohol section--of course, this is Wisconsin after all--and it's not small for the size of the store. It was easy to shop, and they have t-shirts/onesies/sweatshirts in case you need some PW merch.

There's no one to get a hold of when there's a delivery time issue. Twice now they decided to deliver my items at their own convenience. Last yr one day they kept changing the times that they were going to be here. Don't mind that I have a job and I don't live here and then they ended up on another order telling me it would be the next day!, I needed that order for a gathering . I pick a certain time because of my work schedul. today I needed to leave work and take my father-in-law to a dr appt so I chose 12- 2 for a pickup. I was wondering what was happening and I checked my order and they decide they're coming between 3 and 4. We'll guess what? They can go back and put the food away and bring it back tomorow. that is not the time I chose. I had to leave. if you don't have the people to deliver your groceries, why are you advertising that we can do such a thing and have it delivered and be able to pick our time as well. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

But today I stopped in to go to the deli, the older lady working was completely rude, as well at the older lady checking me out. She accidentally scanned grocery's on the belt that belonged to the person after me. When I told her they weren't mine, she thew a fit... Don't think I'm going back. I want to specify this is always the older women working there that are rude, obviously probably not all. And there are some younger girls that work there that are always very sweet.

Some products have even quadrupled in price! Besides that, they're always trying to sell expired meat, which IS EXPIRED if it has today's date on it! They don't seem to understand community loyalty. I think most people are happy to support a store that makes enough to keep the doors open, pay their workers a fair wage and a fair profit to ensure their family is cared for, but we aren't interested in buying you another vacation home when our neighbors struggle to feed their families! Most people can no longer afford shop here and go out of their way to shop at Green Bay or Marinette stores. It is very sad that what was once a fair priced, small town grocery is now focused on maximum profit and following the poor example of the surrounding grocery store chains. I do my best to avoid shopping here now, so I don't have to pay 20-40% more for everything. Thankfully I can get most of what we need at Aldi, Kwik Trip, and Dollar General.

They are VERY proud of their choice angus beef and as I came to find out... with good reason. Honestly one of the best steaks I have ever had. This place makes me love being from Wisconsin.
