I had to initiate everything if I could get someone on the phone but got absolutely nowhere. I called several times leaving messages. Then they lost my blood work and accused the volunteer of telling me they had it when they never did, because she (Cheryl) couldn't find it, although when I called back someone else confirmed they got an email from my second email account but it was duplicate (which my email record proves it was not), then back to telling me it was never sent. I paid $200 to see the doctor then after I sent in my blood work, they wanted to charge me another $200 for a telemedicine appt. for him to read the results although according to them they never got the results and if I'm not mistaken he said he'd call once he got the results. I was very specific as to why I came in. I should have known not to come here because this has happened before where they do not follow through on referrals, prescriptions or treatment plans discussed by the doctor during a very dire situation, being apart of a tragic event occurring. But it was a while and I'd expected it to be better. They aren't in office a lot and do not call back. The staff, although compromised with volunteers that they blaim their faults on, isn't qualified to run a medical office effectively. I liked the doctor, but unfortunately I will never go back and advise others to go elsewhere especially if your health concerns are not just a routine evaluation where you will need follow-through.

I LOVE doing things online & this practice makes everything easy. Once my new patient forms were filled out, the office called me & got my appointment scheduled immediately. Their office is located in a convenient area with plenty of parking. The office is clean & hey, gotta love a place that plays music like "Fat Bottom Girls" & "Enter Sandman". For the first time ever, I was seen promptly & shown to the examination room. I love Dr. Tucker! She is awesome, nice & has a really relaxed vibe. Before long, I was on my way for my blood test & how convenient there is a small Lab Corp office off of their reception area. So a one stop visit. Staff are extremely nice & efficient. Seriously, the most seemless appointment I've experienced. Highly recommend.

The doctors office called me and asked if I wanted to make a follow up appointment and to let me know my PCP retired. I declined an appointment and then got an invoice for a copay. I called them, they were RUDE and told me since a NP called me, I owe a copay. HUH? FRAUDS
