I highly recommend Charlie's Carpet Cleaning. He was very professional, explained the process he uses, and was reasonably priced. We had some tough stains from our newly rescued dogs, and we tried many ways to get the stains out. we knew the carpet pad was retaining the stain, but we're unable to get them out. Our living room flooring had to be repaired, and all the furniture had to be moved to pull up the carpet and pad. After the repairs were completed and the carpet put back in place, it was obvious how much the carpet needed cleaning. What are the chances that someone could clean our carpets THAT DAY before we put the furniture back in place? I hope this is just an additional review and not a replacement for the last review I gave Charlie. Once again, Charlie's came to my home and save the day! I was going to have a party and saw how dirty my carpeting looked so started tackling it my self, on my knees with a brush, then the light came on WOW! I gave Charlie and call and he once again preformed a miracle, my carpeting came out so nice and he did something to restore the loft in the carpeting, I can't remember when it felt so thick. I was a realtor selling a 3000+ sq. ft. home in Lodi that had not been lived in for 7 years and prior to that no record of cleanings.. . .and it was filthy! Before removing the carpet, I decided to find the best carpet cleaner in the Lodi/Stockton area and see if there was any hope of cleaning it, and let the next owners do what they wanted to do. So hearing that Charlie's Carpet Cleaners was the best by many people and also my realtor friends, I called him, he arrived right away, and the job was totally done within 2 days, and reasonably priced! It was amazing how great it looked, and until the day it sold several months later after literally over 300 people walked all over it for 9 months. . .it still looked as good as the day it was cleaned! This was March of 2012. I am sorry now that I did not write a review at the time, but decided it's never too late. I have never forgotten Charlie's Carpet Cleaning, and wanted to let everyone know of the great experience I had.
