Aziz came to my house a little before the arranged time to give me an estimate. He looked at my carpets and sighed deeply, and then gently scolded me for not keeping them in better condition. He and his brother came at the agreed time and got to work, diligently moving some furniture and clearing the carpeting as much as possible, then proceeded to clean. My fiancé and I just purchased a house and wanted to get the carpet cleaned before we moved in. I called and gave him the rooms we had living room , dining room, 3 bedrooms hallway and family room he quoted me 325 to 350 for deep cleaning. I agreed. He had great reviews here on yelp and so I set up a appointment for a couple days before we moved it. When he got here he walk through the house and came back out and said wow your house house is big. I never seen a three bed room this big. I can't charge you 350 even though I quoted you that because I won't make any money. I have to charge you 550 and I can throw in the pet cleaner for free. He keep saying how he never does this but how our house is so big that with the time it will take he can't do it for under 350. That was the 1st thing. I was so upset, I didn't live in Stockton at the time. I had only came up to get the carpet clean on the weekend and we were moving the next week so I went ahead and told him ok. I felt like I had no choice and I really wanted the carpet clean and he did had good reviews. He clean the house it took him about 2 hours and when he can out he had me walk through. The carpet. It was clean except the edges were full of hair and dust/ dirt. I showed him the edges of all the carpet and he said the carpet machine doesn't get to the edges. He started to say how no matter where we go they never get to the edge of the carpet and that we can use a vacuum and vacuum it. How does that make any sense. I told him I wasn't happy with the carpet and that I shouldn't have to go around on my knees vacuuming the carpet. Basically he said that's how it is and started packing up. This is the best carpet cleaning company I have come across. I was not sure if some of the stains that my kids got in the carpet would ever come out. There were large round dark spots in my light colored carpet. When Aziz saw the stains he assured me that he would try his best to get the stains out. I needed two rooms to be deep cleaned. I wasn't familiar with the machine that they use, because it looked like a floor buffer. They arrived on time, and looked prepared to do the work. They used shoe booties to ensure they didn't track in more dirt inside the house. They took the time to explain what the process was, which gave me more confidence that they were going to do a good job. When they were done, my carpet were still a little wet, which was ok with me, I had my fans, heater and windows cracked open, to speed up the process. By the time we came back home later that night my carpet was dry and looked brand new. For the quality of service and how clean my carpets looked after they were done, I would say that I would definitely use them again.
