SpeedDry Carpet Cleaning was hired by my old apartment complex I moved out of to inspect and clean rug if necessary. The technician by the name of Alfonso Ron claimed my rug was "saturated " with urine and was " unsalvageable". These claims are completely false and impossible. When I contacted them to get answers I was told there was a misunderstanding and a mix up on the apt number. They said they would contact my apartment office and clear it up. Then the next day I receive a call stating there wasn't a mistake and they had "proof " of the urine. When I asked for such proof they claimed the supervisor wouldn't allow it and that I had to contact apartment to get proof. I find in very suspicious and unprofessional that their answers keep changing and I can't see their proof. Why claim the carpet is covered in urine and say you have proof but not show it to the person that now has to pay $500+ to have this carpet replaced. Don't do business with people that lie so they get more business/money. And hope your apartment complex doesn't hire these people to inspect your carpet when you move out. read more

Terrible company. Do not use. I had an appointment at 11am. I get a call from the office at 10:15 saying the guys were done with their job and we're ready to start at my house. I tell her to please give me a half hour as I was not expecting them until our scheduled appointment at 11am. Just having stepped out of the shower & laying a baby down for a nap I get a pound on my door at 10:30am. The guys were here and ready. I said that I had just spoke with the girl in the office and told her to give me a half hour. The two guys said that she had told them I was ready right now. I said "absolutely not, but can you guys give me 5-10 more minutes? let me just clear out the living room". They said sure. So I wait and wait and wait and finally call the guys at 11:10 am, they said they were on the next job that they couldn't wait the 5-10 minutes, they will be done with that job in an hour. I call the office right after and the girl says that they went ahead and left to go to the next job but that they were in apartment complex around the corner from me and they would be at my house asap. I explained that I had another appointment scheduled at 12:00 that's why I originally had the 11am appointment set. She apologized and said they would be there in an hour, putting the time at 12:10pm. So I wait and wait and wait. Check my phone at 12:10 to see a missed call from the office at 11:50am. I call back and the girl says that they finished their second job early and wanted to come to my house ( right around the corner) but she's not allowed to send them over unless I answer the phone, so now they are on their NEXT job and then have to take a lunch after that so they probably won't be to my house for about 3 more hours. I cancelled the entire mess. Not at one point did the office staff offer a complementary service for all THIER communication issues or anything. In fact she had an attitude on the final call as if it was my fault. Screw this company! I call CHEM DRY OF LODI and they did an AMAZING job with great customer service! Go there! read more

The worst company I have ever done business with. The man who showed up was over an hour and a half late, and he did not even call me. Then the man who cleaned my carpet talked on the phone half the time. Because of this I was over 45 minutes late to an appointment. To top it off, i called for an estimate 3 days earlier and was told $75 but was charged $145 when the man got there. The carpet came out ok, besides a couple of spots that i removed with resolve cleaner that evening. I dont know how this company is in business, they are crooks. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with their work! I decided to use Speed Dry from a co-worker suggestion. After seeing the work they did on the carpets at my work I knew I couldn't go wrong! They were quick, professional and the carpets came out better than they've looked in years. I've used Speed Dry twice and have nothing to complain about. The employees are kind, professional, efficient. I ask a ton of questions regarding process, procedures, and post care. The are extremely knowledgeable and have no problems answering my mirage of questions. The job they did was wonderful!! I have light carpet and my dirty dog is constantly rolling around leaving mud and dirt everywhere. Not to mention my 3 year old is constantly spilling juice and other items on the carpets. TWO VERY BAD EXPERIENCES! Speed Dry cleaners showed up and asked me how much they were supposed to charge so I told them to call their office -- the price was different. I got a little nervous and let them know there were problem areas that needed to be addressed because I had talked through the issues during the appointment stage. No special processes were done and the outcome was mediocre at best. When I went to pay them, there was no invoice and oh yeah, we don't accept checks. It was also unfortunate I had scheduled an appointment at the same time to clean my significant others home. I had my fingers crossed because it was a different day. No paperwork and cash only. Oh yeah, they dumped the cleaning water onto the lawn which killed a 2x2 foot piece of front lawn. What a nightmare. read more
