However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done. I was even willing to continue to work with them depending on how they handled this situation, but obviously Karen and her company do not care about their promises, their word, or their responsibilities when caring for someone's home. ***Response to Karen*** Actually Karen, I texted you Friday morning about the cost. Remember all texts are time stamped and no need to lie about anything to make yourself look better publicly. If you took responsibility or cared at all you would have replied back. All the drain tops had was hard water stains like I mentioned but if you want to be petty and make excuses than that is more of a reflection of yourself and your company.

I submitted pictures of the areas, and from the beginning to end his quote was very accurate with the pricing, I was afraid getting a quote based of the picture and then come out with a totally different total amount after the first in person but he didn't, he pretty much was pretty close to the original quote. Once I told him what I needed, he proceeded to give me a time frame for the work to be done and what I could expect. He offered me plenty of options and was willing to work with me on whatever I wanted to do. They showed up exactly when he said he would, his guys were very respectful of the home and and the premises, they came in, worked and left. No messing around! They did a great job fixing (patching up) the walls, painting and cleaning everything up. And once the job was completed he asked me to look around to make sure that I was satisfied and when I did find something that was missed (which was also my bad for not paying attention), I called and he right away took care of it and came over to make sure it was done properly. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Ian is the owner of the company. From my experience with him in this short while , I've learned he is a family man with astounding integrity. Second, I did not contact this company Cal-View Property Inspections casually or without cause. I reached out because there were serious ongoing concerns in my home, involving exposed walls, abnormal air quality, and conditions that affected my family's health and safety. At the time, children were living in the home, and the wall area had remained exposed for an extended period. The inspection was not the cause of the problem. It was conducted because I needed answers about conditions that already existed inside the unit. The inspection helped confirm that mold concerns were present in the air and on surfaces within the home, including in my daughter's bedroom. After the inspection, I pursued code enforcement. That process resulted in multiple code violations being identified, and repairs were required. My family was displaced as a result of the condition of the home, not because of anything this company created. The statements suggesting improper motive or lack of professionalism do not reflect my experience. I hired this company because I needed an independent assessment, and from my experience they were professional, responsive, and helpful during an extremely stressful situation. This company did not create the conditions in my home. They documented them. I am grateful I contacted them.
