We were very happy when Taco Bell came to this small community. Unfortunately, I have been more than disappointed each time I visit. - Two weeks after opening, I ordered several Soft Taco Supremes. All of the sour cream was piled in one end, in a big glob, in each. I dismissed this as new workers not learning to do their job. Now, I wonder if this was some sort of joke. - Last month, I ordered several items including one Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos. The taco shell was completely crushed; placed in the envelope; and the meat, cheese, etc, piled on top of the crumbs. This was not a mistake! Another joke?!?! - During my third visit (6 January), I ordered two meals. One included a Crunchwrap Supreme. The normally hard corn tortilla, inside, was completely soggy. What is going on?!?! If we do not get what we pay for, OR the staff is purposely doing bad things to our food, this Taco Bell will fail. I posted this to Taco Bell's corporate web site. I urged them to look into this, if they want this location to be successful.
