I had the 3m paint protection film and Crystaliine window tint installed nearly one year ago and they did an outstanding job. I had a small potion of the door edge guard come loose and a damaged section on another door which I did and Rob fixed both very quickly and did not charge me for the portion I damaged and that to me is outstanding customer service. The warranty work was done in less than an hour and they are very friendly people, very professional. I would recommend them 100% they will let you know that nothing is 100% perfect but the glass tint and paint protection film installation is as close to perfect as you can get with all of the curves and angles on the car exterior. It has been one year and the film and tint looks as new as the day it was installed and doing its job as promised. Much cooler in the car in the summer time with the window tint. When the time comes for a new car I will take it to them to do the tint and paint protection film. They also gave me a discount for paying in cash which was also nice that saved me money. Great work. This review is a long time coming. First of all, I would like to thank Rob and his team for their excellent customer service. I had them put the 3M Pro Paint protection film and 3M Crystalline window tinting done on my a year old new car. I would like to mention that this work was done after removing an already existing 3M paint protection film and 3M window tinting which was a result of a bad installation by a so called Authorized 3M dealer in south Charlotte. With help from 3M, Rob went above and beyond to fix the issue. He removed the already existing paint protection film/window tinting meticulously without causing any damage and installed them beyond my expectations. Had my 2017 Corvette tinted with the 40% Crystalline a few weeks ago. Scarlett was very helpful explaining the different products available, I was also impressed that they inspected the car for nicks and scratches and noted any defect on the work sheet before bringing the car into the shop.
