We will likely order softer foam soon as my wife would like to go softer from the medium. But we will stick with this brand and mattress type. It does hold up well over time. Oh yes, and the customer support has been stellar. We even called into the shop (four years after our purchase!) and the owner cheerfully walked us through how we could take the bed apart and pack it for our move. We read reviews, spent a lot of time with Tomasz and finally decide to move forward. We were not really happy shortly after it was delivered and they promised to make it right. It is the only mattress company that we looked at that did not offer a return policy. Most all companies offer a free return after 30 days but that was not the case with the Organic Sleep Shop. I seldom write reviews but after about 6 months I feel that I need to make my feelings known. The mattress we purchased is very high; this was a mistake in a couple of ways. I am 5' 2" tall and even with a reduced size box spring I have to slide into the side. This quickly makes the sides break down. Secondly, we purchased the mattress cover and it does not fit properly. I can attach photos. Lastly, the mattress is very heavy and I have a very difficult time making the bed. I cannot life the mattress to tuck in the fitted sheet or the top sheet. I have come to hate this mattress and although it was expensive I really hope to replace it soon with something that is easier to handle. I take responsibility for purchasing this mattress but I also feel that they should have advised me differently. Although I have never returned a mattress, I would have returned this had that option been available. Think twice before you purchase The Kink Plush Suppor Coil, FIrm Latex, Soft Latex Mattress and the King NatureSoft Mattress Protecor ($179.00) - We paid over $6,900 for this mattress and I truly regret it. Make sure you are aware that this is not one that can be returned if you are not happy. It supposely has a 20 year full replacement warranty - but not quite sure what that means since they would not return it within 30 days.

And so here's Flippin Jays who manages to get a truckload of chest freezers in an assortment of sizes. I wanted one and they wanted to sell one. The purchase process could have been smoother but I'm very forgiving here. Six feet of "social distancing" doesn't work well when you have a bunch of folks who want something that's in short supply. They did as well as they could under the circumstances and everyone who was there at the store when it opened got their purchase, though maybe not in the order they had originally queued up. That's a minor ding. And speaking of minor ding, this is "scratch and dent." My chest freezer was clearly used but it's operational, guaranteed for 90 days and I'm sure some "goo gone" will get rid of the marks on it. The folks did not want to be dealing with the public today. Definitely not a bunch of people who were about a minute away from an actual riot. But they did pretty well keeping things as organized as they could and selling what people wanted to buy They loaded it into my vehicle for me, which was awesome service. On July 4, we realized our sofa needed replacing immediately and we were expecting guests the following day. We started our search for a new couch at Furniture City and were anticipating a long day of furniture shopping since we had a long list of stores to go to. Furniture City had a wide selection to choose from with great prices and we found exactly what we wanted. The sales woman, Gloria was fantastic. She would check in on us periodically, but never put pressure on us, only answered our many questions. The most amazing part of our story is when she was able to find everything we needed in both the store and warehouse and could deliver our furniture that same day. July 4. They arrived earlier than expected, took our old furniture and replaced it with our new in about 10 minutes. Furniture Citi is my new favorite furniture store.
