The delivery was made on time as scheduled but we ran into a problem which was my fault. We had an expandable head and footboard so I just installed the same rails in the Queen sized hook slots. The problem was that our old rails were too short for the Queen mattress. Mark and Levi the delivery men suggested I call the Gastonia store and see if they had hook type 83 in. rails in stock. When Antonio said he did have them they said they would run back to the store and pick them up and return and install them, which they did. This was service above and beyond what we expected.
