Trust me- you'll see it. Just some parts of my review - -my provider completely checked out of my care upon confirming her move out of the country. -the medication regimen I was on was causing extreme harm both mentally, as well as physically (developed liver issues as well as blood pressure issues) -i was taken off of 2 MAJOR medications, including Ketamine treatment at the same time, as well as told to abstain from alcohol (I am not an alcoholic, but there was definitely abuse there, sure) HOWEVER, she took me off of an anti seizure med and was worried I would have a seizure coming off of alcohol...? Oooookay dude. I was put in an insane place where I started to devolve mentally and physically. I lashed out to my provider via voicemail, bc I had not heard a WORD from her. There was no forward motion or any motivation on their part to get me back into Ketamine treatment, as well as not informing me of their move until the last second (which I ended up finding out from another former co-worker of hers. Her name is Abigail Smith, she is listed as an NP. LUCKILY anyone trying to enroll won't receive her care bc she's leaving, but the practice manager has backed her behavior, and discharged me from the practice after leaving said voicemail. I do not regret it in the least. I was and still am angry, distraught, sad, furious, you name it. However, I never threatened her, called her names, or made any threats to their office. I cussed a ton, sure, completely warrants their treatment of me. After my discharge from the practice, I was never informed. I was never called, texted, emailed, or even sent a letter. They sent an email to my partner who is on my HIPPA release forms. That was IT. I'm begging you to RUN from this place. I spent 6 years of my life here, and came the closest to ending said life than I ever had. What a fucking waste. The more than 4 medical professionals that I have since contacted/enrolled in care with are absolutely appalled and shocked at both the medication regimen I was receiving, as well as the treatment I received as a result. I am finally in very capable, and extremely concerned and caring hands now after a wild search after being left with limited meds upon my discharge. I was supposed to start back with Ketamine treatment soon, but DBH's practice NEVER took me out of their Spravto program, even through I stopped end of DEC, and left the practice in JAN. So, it's now been a 6 week delay at the minimum to continue that care. Run. Run to anyone but here. The staff are great, but the "care" from the provider(s) and their manager is a bloody joke. They couldn't have given less of a care if I had ended it. One less client to deal with, I guess. I'm starting to wonder what their body count is.

For me unlike other people that's an added charge. they were good previously but out of all people Shay has always been very nice, for her patients as well, that's the only reason i give two stars is that they one employee that really makes a difference. First off as a "brand name chemical) you would think the dosage is exactly what they say but nope some are more and some are less, you cannot tell from the looks of it. 2 stars instead of one just because they do have an employ that's not only good but actually cares for the patients. Maybe you are lucky and find a better place not too far away, I would not suggest this place.
