I WAS a patient until today. I called the office 3 times while on my way to my appt to let them know there was an accident and I was running late 2 calls went to voice-mail 3rd call was on hold then they answered. They don't care if you are running late bc of an accident. I arrived 11-12 minutes late and I had to beg to see if my NP would still see me bc my appt was 9:30-10 so there was time from 9:42- 10 but the office staff wasted about 4 minutes talking to each other and my NP before finally agreeing to see me. I'm NEVER late I moved 40 minutes away and wanted to continue with my NP but after the treatment I received today from the office staff and NP I will be going to see someone else. If they are running late I guess that's ok. There should be an exception. I was willing to sit there and let the next patient take my appt and I would wait. Once I was in there it was clear there was no compassion or care or interest in talking to me. Very disappointed and hurt. Sat in my car after appt and cried bc I couldn't believe a MENTAL HEALTH practioner whom I truly loved and felt so comfortable with really didn't care about my care but more about "policy" Very disappointed especially being I left so upset and there.was no follow-up call or anything. read more

I was referred here by an outpatient program I was attending almost two years ago, and I have stayed with them since then. I started seeing Rebecca Smith as my psychiatrist and she worked with me a lot to get meds right. She has been very patient and informative about all my options. I then had less psych appointments and started seeing Elise for therapy and that has been great as well. Highly recommend this place! read more

I enjoy my therapy sessions and have never experienced any problems with the billing.

I enjoyed my time at Zoe and found it extremely helpful. Yvonne is a very skilled therapist and helps create space for you to listen to your thoughts and body. She asks hard questions. The other reviews mention moments of silence that feel long. She lets you take your time, and I don't mind sitting in silence, because typically there are many emotions that will surface when you create space for them. I think it's a cool technique that she uses. She is patient and kind. Graham has also been very essential for my child. read more

Lynne appeared to be nice and was a decent listener from the two times I met her, but they kept postponing and changing appointment days and times on me, often on short notice. After a month of constant "can we reschedule?" phone calls from their receptionist, I just ended up having to go see another therapist instead. All I can say is that it's a good thing that my problems weren't a matter of life or death. read more

I have to say that I am incredibly grateful to have found Zoe Therapy. It took me about 2 years to trust a therapist again because I have had really aweful experiences. Finding Yvonne was the greatest step I ever took towards my personal healing. The last almost 3 years has brought me so very far with her help, guidance, therapy, tools and tequniques she uses and I cant imagine a way to ever be able to show my gratitude on the same scale of what she deserves. She is authentic, genuine and very kind, empathetic as an individual and incredibly gifted as a therapist! She has so muchwisdom in her words and doesnt force anything out of you. She offers a very safe place and she is completely "present" with you always. I am hard pressed to think up a better individual, I am so impressed with her. Ive been searching for national awards she can be entered into for because the world should know about this incredible therapist. I want people that feel crippled from ptsd or have a major history of abuse to know that there is a future.. that you can be whole again. You can learn to accrpt yourself, be strong, have peace and assurance and know that you will be able to face the most difficult mountains and finally say How High! And never doubt that you are a deserving and person worth living for. I owe everything to Jesus.. but I thank Him for leading me to this therapist because I'm happy and I am living proof that you can live without fear and stress ruling your life. You can learn to be present and peaceful and rooted and aware wherever you are. Thankyou Yvonne. I hope someone sees this that has given up on trying to heal so that they can find her at Zoe Therapy and get there. Also... I want to mention Sara the receptionist or business manager, phone operator? She is so very pleasent, always works with you and is very kind and is what you need from a kind person to be in an office when sometimes your still wearing your emotions on uour sleeve before or after an apt. Im so glad she has been there the whole time Ive been going to Zoe Therapy. Its really just a great beautiful team of people. Art therapy/meditation was AMAZING as well!!!! And do helpful and also nice to see there are other people struggling and you all have something beautiful to bring out... it helped when i wasnt quite sure I was ready to be around "people" yet. AWFUL. Stay away. They charge you for services you didn't get, make appointments without you knowing so they can charge you for a no-show and then without warning tell your pharmacy you're not a patient so you can't get the prescriptions you need. Total scam. read more

Yvonne was helpful for one or two sessions, but not much after that. She is kind and a decent listener, but didn't really guide our conversations and we often became silent. The gaps were filled with her trying to sell me aromatherapy and poetry workshops. She mentioned more things like chakras and spirit animals than concrete psychological methods. read more

I saw Yvonne several times and there was a lot of awkward silence. The thing that rubbed me the wrong way the most was that not only was she a little late taking me back which is understandable sometimes, but that she cut my hour long session to 25 minutes! I was so put off by that that I will never return again. read more
