I went to Bell because they are my provider and my phone kept restarting in camera mode every…read moreminute or so. The girl tinkered with it for about 30 minutes and told me my buttons were dirty and triggering the phone to restart constantly.i took it home cleaned it very well although I could see no physical dirt and I have a protective case which should not really allow for dirt to get in there and still the problem continued. The next day I went to Repairtech RXand the gentleman there deduced within minutes that my start up was somehow set at 30 seconds and so the the constant restart. He set my phone straight in less than 5 minutes at no charge. He was kind and calm and had 2 sweet dogs with him in his shop and he wouldn't allow me to pay for his services. Woke up this morning check the bestbuy app . They switched my delivery date to dec 4th without telling me. I took a day off work to be home for them . Now im out a days pay . Never spending a dime there ever again. Shit service. They told me I can cancel my order wait up to 2 weeks for my money back. Then told me id have to buy another one and pay again even though I already paid for the tv . Definitely not going back there ever .

Prices are also too high for cheap electronics that burn out after 2 years that they try to push you to purchase warranty on. So do a better job at fulfilling what you say and improve your job performance. 1/10 so far.
