After speaking with him, we both have a better understanding of each others situation. Snow removal during the heaviest snow fall of the last 30 years will definitely teach you a thing or two, and as you can see it wasn't a small amount of snow. I think its only fair for me to provide a better review, as he genuinely made an effort to make the situation better. In regards to this situation, I will be rating it a 4/5 on how the situation was handled. Overall, outside of this specific situation however, I would rate them 5/5. I would recommend them to family and friends, because even when something goes wrong, they are apologetic, empathetic, and will try to make it right.
