I went to Bell because they are my provider and my phone kept restarting in camera mode every minute or so. The girl tinkered with it for about 30 minutes and told me my buttons were dirty and triggering the phone to restart constantly.i took it home cleaned it very well although I could see no physical dirt and I have a protective case which should not really allow for dirt to get in there and still the problem continued. The next day I went to Repairtech RXand the gentleman there deduced within minutes that my start up was somehow set at 30 seconds and so the the constant restart. He set my phone straight in less than 5 minutes at no charge. He was kind and calm and had 2 sweet dogs with him in his shop and he wouldn't allow me to pay for his services. Back in April, I was in exams when my PC computer crashed! (I lost all my files for studying exams and essays) At first I was told by various other stores that the issue was having to do with my computer no longer charging. Nobody was available to retrieve my files as the computer was dead and they couldn't order in the parts in time to change the charge port. Finally, I went to Repairtech and quickly they were able to determine that it wasn't actually the charge port but an issue with the motherboard (or something in the base of the computer haha idk all the terms). In the end they were able to fix my computer so that it could be charged and I could retrieve my files all in time for exams! (I believe this was all done in a weeks time) Also they were always kind and friendly at the front desk! I would definitely go back for future services! read more
