It's sort of a "Panera" setup where you order with a person or at a kiosk then they deliver food and drinks to your table. I had some customizations to make for the kids and everything came out correctly. The bread is incredible! The meats, toppings, flavors - everything is delicious. Even the white queso was some of the best I've had with nice chunks of green chiles. It's *really hard* to make all 3 of my kids happy at the same restaurant and this one nailed it.
