Oasis came out and charged $125 to look at it, take pics of it, and clear the drain pipe. I was told that was it, it was clogged and couldn't drain, that's it. Fast forward a year and a week later, come to find out, the leak was not resolved. Ceiling is leaking again! I called Oasis back. Now these people don't even serve the Sparks area and would not come back up to resolve the issue. Wow, convenient. I called a different reputable company, who comes to tell me that there is NO drain pan present at all. It had been leaking condensation all over the subfloor, everywhere. I find it embarrassing for Oasis that their technician didn't realize a drain pan was missing. Ridiculous!
