    If I could give zero stars, I would…read more Eagles Heating and Air Conditioning was hired by the seller of our home to install a new HVAC unit prior to our purchase. From day one, the unit has not worked properly. We first contacted the company at the end of May 2025 after realizing the air conditioning was not functioning. They scheduled a service appointment for June 10th, but never showed up--and didn't even call to cancel. Later that week, someone finally came out and diagnosed a faulty condenser. We were told we'd need to wait a week for the part, and also that we would need to pay for the labor and refrigerant ourselves or go through our home warranty--even though the installation had clearly not been completed properly. Once the part arrived, they contacted us on June 17th to come make the repair. But after we pushed back on why we should be paying at all, they suddenly said we were right--but then rescheduled us for June 26th. Once again, no one showed up. After we followed up repeatedly, they pushed the date again to June 28th. Throughout this entire process, we have had to do all the follow-up. They've missed multiple appointments with no communication, changed their stance on who is responsible for payment, and most concerningly, showed no empathy or urgency--even after we explained we have a newborn baby living in a home with no air conditioning during summer heat. When I voiced my frustration and concern for our baby's health, they hung up on me. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely lacking in customer care. I cannot recommend them and strongly caution others--especially families--against using their services.

    I want to thank technician, Chris Godwin, for helping us resolve our AC problem involving the NEST…read morethermostat. I mentioned to Chris that something went awry after we tried to secure the cover of the Nest thermostat (it was loose from the wall). The AC had worked before but after doing something with the cover, the AC stopped working. Chris quickly found the problem (a fuse had blown out). Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). It was easy, peasy, even someone like me who has no HVAC experience could do this. I can't thank Chris enough for his great personality, true professionalism, answered my questions, taught me a few things (learning something new is always good) and even loved on my 2 labs (turns out we both love animals). Thank you, Chris! You're the absolute best! Sierra Air is *very* lucky to have you on their staff.

They came…read moreout for a routine AC review and I didn't buy an upgrade they wanted (unit is 6 years old). They then would not certify that my AC unit was working correctly. Within an hour of departure the unit stopped working. They sent same man back that evening, he got it to work then an hour later, no longer working. Next they sent someone else out who said it just had to be our breaker which I doubted. Still I updated new breaker and the AC unit stopped working again. I have asked to speak to manager. The operator takes my messages and I have never received a returned calls, two weeks later still no call. They were suppose to send out an emergency tech. No one has showed up. Called and couldn't get any response other than the woman who answer phone. What a joke. **Update** I am revising my score. I finally received a phone call this morning to discuss my situation and we agreed on the next steps. They were very apologetic but its sad it had to come to this to get a response.
