Most of them are too busy chatting with each other to pull apart to be normal to say good morning or welcome in. My other banks know me by name and welcome me in EVERY visit.. Their hours SUCK and it's everywhere! Definitely not "customer friendly" hours and when I mentioned it to the customer service number, "sorry you feel that way" was all I got. Today, I pulled up thinking it would be open at 845 since yesterday it was open at 830. I drove up to atm and had issues so I decided to go through the drive thru because I seen about 3 ladies and a guy teller chatting away. NOT ONE got on the intercom to say they're not open or anything but look my way and CONTINUED their important conversations.. JOKE of a place, THEY ALL NEED to go through some thing called "customer service classes", maybe a new branch manager is needed, or they all should just quit and retire the resting B Face's were welcomed with when we come in.

Came in at 2:30 pm Oct 23 and there were 3 tellers, and 2 associate bankers /business bankers, and they asked if I made an appointment. One of them asked when his appointment was, it was 3 p.m., and I said my matter would be quick, and he dodged me and went to the back room. The other associate banker, after I said it would be quick, said if I sit down for 5-10 minutes and her appointment didn't show up, she would help me. Service is ok depending on the brach you go into. Atwater has good employees that try their best to do damage control for the Companies mediocre abilities to satisfy a customer. I feel as if All of Westamerica is like going to a taco truck in a dark ally for service, and expecting it to be good. You almost have to swipe and pray when shopping. Hoping that your account is safe, hoping the bank will catch fraud if it happens. " Swipe and Pray" with Westamerica. Trying to deal with an area Manager or a regional is like talking to a kindergartener that is making up answers up to a question, they don't know to look smart. I had my account hacked 3 times in 1 year, over $10K. I had to tell the bank myself because they didn't catch it. When i asked them what is there plans to beef up security or get to a standard that other banks are at, i was told its not even brought up in meetings. Pretty sad, shows they dont care. I stayed with them for the comfort of being with them as long as i did, foolish on me. I showed loyalty and they showed me how quick they can let you down.
