He calls accounting debt, and they told him to tell me that it's not working because my payment is overdue, MIND you, this has been an issue, even when I was doing my payments on time lol. Then they decided to then tell me there was a block on my account, and that they removed it. Honestly working at a bank myself, I personally feel like they didn't know what to say to me so they just assumed to blame it on the status of my account instead of maybe getting to the root of the issue of maybe their ATM machine is not working correctly or my card is damaged in someway. Accounting never talk to me face-to-face and they just kept calling back the teller giving him whatever information they could think of. If it wasn't for the credit card I have with them.
