Wanted to update our accounts and only heard the banker or whomever was sitting back there with someone, talking about plane tickets, Netflix, Paramount+, and TV shows instead of dealing with 4 other customers who were waiting to update their information, too! Overheard the guy with glasses speaking to a lady at 2:50 PM on Tuesday, 8/13/24, and we left at 3:10 PM since we were tired of hearing about nonsense!!! I thought you were supposed to help customers and provide a good service to the customers who go to the banks?!? Instead we witnessed a lazy bum who was sitting and talking about gibberish and not wanting to help people out. What kind of business is run by this bank anyway?!? Either hire competent people who actually want to do their job or close the bank down since it can't be run by incompetent and lazy blokes! They ain't interested in doing their job at all. Not only that, once we drove off, a whole bunch of Cop cars pulled in after we had left the bank. Guess it was Karma since someone tried to steal money or try to rob the place, or maybe something else happened inside right after we walked out. This scared me into thinking it might be a hard pull on my credit. I backed out and called then the next day. I waited on hold for 10min, then another 10min to check with her supervisor. She says it is only a soft pull for membership verification. I go back online to start the process over and it declines me... listing a hilarious amount of reasons that don't even pertain to me. My guess is the chex system report showed my previous attempt but I still blame the bank. They don't offer you a way to save your application and come back to it. They never sent me an email to say I could finish later. I was willing to see if this bank was better and the 100$ "give us a try" bonus didn't hurt but now I know their true colors. Glad I wasn't able to sign up...future headaches averted! Stick with OnPoint or Unitus for a credit union.. They're really easy to do business with.

My only complaint is with the banking app. It is slow, cumbersome, and hard to find some info when it is working. I would like to see ALL transactions in the app and online. That means pending, as well as all history and posted items including micro transactions for verification of external accounts linking to the accounts here. Otherwise, the bank itself is such a wonderful upgrade from my old bank.
