If you have to do business at this branch, then I would recommend that you steer clear of this person. I had a 9:00 appointment with her, and instead of helping me (the person with the appointment), she helped a walk-in before me. Then, when returning my ID and bank card, she threw them rather than placing them in front of me. She then insisted that she was just returning them the same way I gave them to her. She was completely inaccurate. She also has the habit of interrupting. Very poor customer service. I declined to speak to the manager because beings they are understaffed, I'm sure it would have been a complete waste of time. read more

She was smiling and greet us with enthusiasm. She knew what we wanted and deal with in quick phase. She helped me out to send money to my cousin before. If I could give this Bank and Branch no stars I would. Opened 3 accts Bonney Lake office, (Bonney Lake gets a 4 Stars but only been in there to open accts) and are preferred customers. Tried cashing a check for $1500 Auburn office, was told had to deposit and get cash of $500.00. Nothing else offered, as in taking money from one of our accts? Left the Manager 3 messages, finally got through today...beyond rude! Robert, the Manager, said it was, here say, and needed to speak to my husband directly. Well Robert, as a manager, you should know that if the wife is calling.....its not good and my husband was on the phone with me, but your lack of professionalism....The question asked was what is bank policy .. regardless of what happened then, what is policy? I have nothing but high compliments for the staff at this US Bank branch! I always feel like I'm greeted and helped as a friend. The staff is friendly and personable and I'm never left feeling frustrated. I opened a business account with them earlier this year and can't imagine getting better help than I did then. I've never met her in person, but I've conversed with Ginger several times over the last couple of years and I can honestly say she has the best interest of her clients in mind and is excellent with following up and/or checking in. When I thought I had a problem with an account I went to the Auburn branch to see what might of happened. Jenn was the person to assist me and all I can say is, Thank you. She spent the time that was needed,, I was not rushed and never felt I was. When I got home my husband and I figured it out and it was my fault, so I call her to apologize and she told me that was fine and if needed she was there in the future. OMG! I went into this branch about a month ago. A teller named Michelle helped me out at first. She was so NICE! But she started having problems with her printer and then the merchant - Tanika - stepped in. She had the worst attitude. Told Michelle in front of me that she always screws up the printers. She didn't know how to work; all these rude comments. That was just such bad customer service. I felt bad for Michelle and she played it off like nothing when she went for another printer. and Tanika even dared to tell me a negative comment about her while she was gone. This Branch makes depositing money into an account very difficult for the disabled & others that must depend on others to conduct business. If a secret Santa or relative tried to help someone anonymously by depositing cash into their account, can't happen at US bank. The name is very appropriate it's about them! I'm so thankful I have a credit union!They don't protect my account from deposits, only theft. In order to protect you from identity theft US Bank requires you to hand over your account number which can be lost or copied & used later. US Bank wants you to Give out your account number while other finical institutions warn you to keep your account number secure. You must give your caregiver or friend your account number instead of a debit card and a counter deposit slip, having your check deposited and getting your debit card back is in some way breaking your confidentially. They see me several times a month with the people I tried to deposit for. Just save the annoyance and don't bank here! read more

I came in earlier today and I was attended by an extremely rude employee named Steven J. Kim. He spoke to me in a extremely rude tone,and also he accused me of committing an illegal. I was shocked too because not only did he spoke to me in a rude tone but he did raise his voice up to me and he humiliated me in front of the rest of the customers and employees. We have banked at the US Bank in Auburn for 8 years. We have been US Bank customers for over 40 years. We have been very displeased with the customer service at the Auburn branch since we moved here. Lines are long, employees we have dealt with as to money transfers and the like have not been professional or respectful. Phone calls have not been returned and transactions were not competed. Example I went in on Fri 3/24/17 to do a wire transfer. The girl who help me was the branch manager Annie Kim, she wanted to know what I did wrong, and why I was sending money. I didn't understand why the personnel questions. I thought she was asking inappropriate questions and I felt very uncomfortable and told her so. Long story short got the paper work done for the wire transfer, and she told me they will get it by Mon.. Didn't happen. I called the bank on Mon. and of course she wasn't there. I then talked to another bank employee and he said, he will call me back, didn't happen. I called again and talked to another bank employee and he researched it and couldn't find the paper work. I then had to go to the bank again. I took the copies from Fri, and we had to do it all over again. I can't believe that the branch manager did not follow thru. I guess if she doesn't care about customer service why should the employees? The person that help me with my transaction was very helpful. I received the most horrible experience inside one of your branches yesterday Auburn Wa; 401 15th st Northeast location to be exact. The Sales & Service Manager Steve J Kim, went as far as to threaten he safety of my family by trying to engage my partner into a fight INSIDE the branch none the less. I have never been in such a professional setting with such an unprofessional "worker" in my lifetime of banking. Numerous times he was told to walk away however wanted to shout rude comments and DARE people to hit him so that he could call the authorities. And all for what you may ask? Because my U.S bank debit card was eaten by the ATM machine outside and he felt it as a privileged NOT to provide customer service to help us retrieve it. But as he stated to my partner, "I don't feel the need to help you. My job was to tell you no." I had to leave work early to come resolve the issue. As soon as I step in the branch he was very rude and condescending. I can't believe you would have such a character listed as a manager in any of your branches. I'm definitely taken steps to make sure that not only is his behavior is noted, but this doesn't happen again to any customer. Shockingly he being an Asian man himself and using such racist and rude language as we were exiting the branch was very devastating.
