She says it is only a soft pull for membership verification. I go back online to start the process over and it declines me... listing a hilarious amount of reasons that don't even pertain to me. My guess is the chex system report showed my previous attempt but I still blame the bank. They don't offer you a way to save your application and come back to it. They never sent me an email to say I could finish later. I was willing to see if this bank was better and the 100$ "give us a try" bonus didn't hurt but now I know their true colors. My only complaint is with the banking app. It is slow, cumbersome, and hard to find some info when it is working. I would like to see ALL transactions in the app and online. That means pending, as well as all history and posted items including micro transactions for verification of external accounts linking to the accounts here. Otherwise, the bank itself is such a wonderful upgrade from my old bank.

But first, in July, I asked how much a Cashier's Check would cost and was told it was free as long as I was a member. And it was. Yesterday [9/10], I was told the fee was $10, adding it has NEVER been free! !?!? Trouble is I was $4 short and I DESPERATELY needed that Check. Already frustrated with my account, I started to bawl. The Agent, ice cold and indifferent, didn't offer me any tissues and I didn't dare ask for any. Next, I explained a FEW of the issues I was having with my account, mentioning an Agent on the phone had said she found a "glitch"---her word---although she didn't offer to have IT fix it. I had a 9:00 appointment with her, and instead of helping me (the person with the appointment), she helped a walk-in before me. Then, when returning my ID and bank card, she threw them rather than placing them in front of me. She then insisted that she was just returning them the same way I gave them to her. She was completely inaccurate. She also has the habit of interrupting. Very poor customer service. I declined to speak to the manager because beings they are understaffed, I'm sure it would have been a complete waste of time.
