I don't know how but this bank has the nicest employees EVER!! I bank at this location now solely for the lovely customer service I get each time. I used to bank along Bellevue way but would occasionally get grumpy employees. I have never been greeted by a grumpy employee at this branch. Everyone is engaging, polite and sweet. They go out of their way to help you with any enquiries, apologize in advance for lines and are just so customer orientated. 5 stars! read more

I made a wire transfer via Chase Online Services and it had some issue which was pretty difficult to track as the transaction was not made within a branch. The money was debited from my account but the recipient did not get the money for 2 weeks. All I heard from the Chase phone services or their secured message system was useless for the last 2 weeks. I ended up visiting the branch here and was able to get help from Trang(Manager of this branch) and others agents here who were doing their best to solve the issue. Kudos to the agent here who helped me while all the other chase agents on the phone were busy running away from this problem. read more

Let me tell you of incompetence. My wife & I have had a Chase savings & checking account for over a decade. I went into the branch in Issaquah to get a simple [not medalion] document notarized this morning. All I needed was a person licensed by the state [as a notary] to sign an area on the document that he/she has seen qualifying documents showing that I am me! Now, I had my U.S. passport, WA driver's license plus several other government IDs. "Well, we don't have any notary on staff!" He told me to go to another branch, also on Issaquah. Okay, so I drudge over to Chase #2 , 'sorry our notary is not here this week!' Sooo, I head over another Chase miles away (which I had called prior to heading over there and was told 'YES, we have one.') So I head over, walk in, was swarmed by employees eager to help. Great, so I tell the gentleman what I needed. Simple. He takes the one page document to 'the back room', comes out a few minutes later. "Sorry we cannot notarized this document!" I said very quietly, 'do you understand what a notary does? All it is is verifying I am me by looking at these governments [picture] IDs and certify it is 'I' who is signing this personally in front of you. Simple, right? No dice! Oh well, who actually goes to the bank anymore these days? I do 99% of my banking online. Unless it is absolutely necessary to talk to my mortgage broker, I would never venture off to a bank. I think this branch has gotten some new ATM machines where you can just deposit cast and checks straight up and it counts your money and save a picture of your check(s). I give them credits for upping the technology of this branch. Unlike Bank of America where their website suck. The fact that I rarely have to go to the bank means that Chase has done a great job in their online banking network. I pay my bills, mortgage, and transfer money and schedule payments all at one place. Try to do that on that BoA website will take you twice as much time. Now that I can even deposit my check via my iPhone, there really are no reason for me to visit the bank anymore (unless I wanna close my accounts :P). read more

I decided to open up a acct with Chase, (because I got some coupon code, hehe) and it was 30mins before closing time when I walked in. My bf & I did have to wait maybe about 5 minutes until a representative could help us. But, she (Cinthia) was GREAT! We told her exactly what we wanted, and she got right on, while we all had small talk. She was super friendly, helpful, and made sure we got what we need and came for. We were at a previous Chase branch location at Crossroads, and needed something to be checked, and she promptly said she will call for us first thing in the morning. Which she did. Went over all the important aspects, and when she wasn't sure of a question we asked, she wasn't afraid to go to a coworker to ask and make sure it was correct. Esther, another employee was also helpful and very friendly toward us. There was a guy who butted in our conversation, but he wasn't as nice as the ladies were. Unfortunately we happened to stay 30mins past closing time, and they were gracious to help us out. So far, good experience, but maybe that is with the right representatives and people serving you. read more

Nicest employees ever. There was a bit of a line, but one girl sorted the line so the people with the easy transactions could wait, and the rest of us with things other than deposits/withdrawals could have a seat to be seen by a banker. The girl doing this was very energetic, and friendly with each customer - making sure to talk to everyone. The banker who helped me was really nice as well. She was very quickly able to get my direct deposit paperwork printed out and to me all correctly. There are 2 ATM's outside, which is why I usually stop by here. Good to know I will get good service if I stop inside as well. Very small inside, but not too cramped. A few seats for people waiting for bankers. They have coffee/tea that is complimentary as well. read more

We booked notary service in very much ahead of time, but they cancelled in the very last minute. we paid to get the service done elsewhere. Our private banker said he will refund the cost. A month later, nothing happened, we were told he needs more time to get approved. Two months later, nothing happened. We sent several emails to our private banker, but no responses. Called the branch, talked to another private banker, he said he will talk to the manager. Wait another week, no any response. Very bad customer service. read more

I broke my foot and sent my son down to Chase to make my credit card payment with cash. The teller refused to take the payment since he was not a signer on my account. I called down to the manager and asked if they could make an exception as my foot was broken and I couldn't make it down there myself and the payment was due that day. I was told that my son would have to return to the bank with a check instead of cash. She absolutely refused to help me so I had to go down there and make the payment in person.... I understand they have rules and regulations but when you have a client that is just trying to make a payment not a withdrawal... customer service is seriously lacking at this branch. This is why I do most of my banking at Bank of America where I never have problems with customer service. read more

Absolute nightmare for a non-customer. Went in to make an easy deposit to a friends account, and they greeted me at the door and redirected me to a desk near the door. The person assisting "Stryder"? took the account number and then offered me an account. No thank you, I have an account elsewhere. Another offer. No thank you, I've had an account since childhood, and I don't want to start over, nor have it appear on my credit score. (insert argument about how it doesn't affect credit). He then dismisses himself and launches on how Mr. Kumar will assist me as one of "his tellers" needs to do the deposit. Mr. Kumar hardsells me on a small business account with some off-angle over photocopied handout, and apparently does not comprehend "no" either. I realize I am being held hostage for my proof of deposit form. Holy crap. I explained over 5 times how I am not interested in any account with Chase, and back out as quickly as possible, with that silly little receipt clutched in my paw. So not only do their neon glowing blue commercials annoy the criminy out of me, now their physical locations will give me the shivers. Chase just ate a big chunk of my lunch. Jerks. read more

I usually just come to this location for change, and so far, everybody has been very friendly and helpful. The line moves as quickly as possible depending on what the customer needs. All the staff members make an effort to greet you the second you walk into the door, so that you always feel welcome. If there is a line, a staff member always acknowledges my presence and lets me know I'll be helped shortly. If the wait is too long and there is a teller station open, someone usually walks behind the counter to help speed up the line. Some times there are also snacks on a table for customers as a treat. Coffee and tea is also available for those who are waiting. They've even got bowls of dumdum lollipops on the counter for all customers; it's Halloween everyday with no tricks necessary! read more

If there is a half or zero star I would. Tellers are friendly, but bankers are horrible. Long wait, 45 minutes, bankers are not willing to help because they are waiting for their customers to go home and get documents and finish up whatever they are doing. In the meanwhile, others have to wait because they cannot multitask. Finally got sat down with banker but she wasn't able to help us or provided the information we needed. Asked us to call customer service, waited 15 min and answered all security questions and they couldn't help us either because we need to wait someone who is reviewing our accounts to call us back in 1-2 business days. Wasted 1.5 hours and we went back to the start point- nothing was done. I love chase credit cards, but when it comes to branch service or card service, I'm very disappointed. 5 stars on credit cards, zero stars on staff and customer service. read more

Strongly recommend Eri! She was really helpful and patient when I needed help with my account. She looked for the best option for me. And even I needed to do extra stuff which took her 40 min longer she's still helping me with smile. That made me feel she was really sincere and knowledgeable. Even we waited for pretty long hours to be served, the girl that arranged the line and greeted us with good attitude kept apologizing and looked for the next available banker for us. Horrible. The bankers there are horrible. They will make you wait forever and they act like you are not there even when you make eye contact with them. I waited one time for at least 30mins and when the girl saw me she was like, i was free the whole time. I didn't realized you were there. I had this girl name Meng Tian helped me today and she did not know what she was doing. I'm very concern with the way she handle my transaction. She just seem like she did not want to help and on top of that she didn't even give me my receipt at the end. Come on, you work with money. Be more responsible about this. read more

We are extremely unhappy with Chase Bank in Factoria. We have been with them for decades with several business accounts. They are not able to make any major decisions or waive certain fees. That is poor business as far as I am concerned! I plan to slowly move my accounts else where. read more

I came here to order a new debit card. Confirmed that it will be sent to my new address but still sent to my old address. They said they can't order an instant card for me because I opened my account in a different state. I called customer service and they said this branch can order an instant card for me. I had to come again and they said they don't order instant cards. They also wanted to charge me a fee for rush order of the new debit card while it was their employee's mistake. The employees here are not on the same page on how things work I guess. read more

I have a business account with Chase since many years. This branch is very slow in responding to any business request. Small business specialist takes weeks to get anything thing done which should not take more than a day in today's world. I don't think business account specialist have any proper training to get work done efficiently. it is a big waste of time if you are a small business owner. Manager does not have courtesy to evaluate the situation and then improve the process or situation. I will not got to this branch again. read more
