The tellers, operation manager, and loan agent are absolutely amazing. So kind and they all always say hello. They have everything you need in a bank plus the close relationship ship with their customers. I would call all their names however it's the entire group that works there so no need to call them by name. Love the old time charm they bring to banking. Keep up the good work!!!

This is one of the best PNC locations I've been to, and I've been to many. The staff members I interacted with were both friendly and professional. I went in for a simple task, to break a few $50 bills into smaller change. The teller I dealt with, Makaya (I hope I spelled that right) was a gem. She was polite, friendly, and professional. Though it was only a minor task, she treated me like I was the most important customer of the day. That goes a long way. We left a bank we thought was not so good and came to prosperity thinking it would be a lot better WRONG!! Every week we have major issues with the debit card and their system .
