I was doing some research and was looking at different banks here in the area. I noticed there was a bunch of branches everywhere I was driving in the Bryan/College Station area. I just wanted a simple free checkings account. I wasn't worried about maintenance and anything fancy. I'm old school, just write simple checks to pay some bills and move on with life lol. Anyways, I was with Sabrina who had her own office. She was very patient with me and my 100 questions that I had for her lol. I haven't opened up a bank account in over 20yrs. I was in a bit of a rush because of outside appointments and errands that I had to run before I started work. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me different options and made it understandable. They have branches all over. My next step is to secure a safe deposit box at one of their branches. Mahalo Sabrina

The tellers, operation manager, and loan agent are absolutely amazing. So kind and they all always say hello. They have everything you need in a bank plus the close relationship ship with their customers. I would call all their names however it's the entire group that works there so no need to call them by name. Love the old time charm they bring to banking. Keep up the good work!!!

I went to customer service to see if i could get help, nope another attendant acting like she doesn't know her job. As a customer this institution failed treating a customer the correct way. I will be closing my accounts and transferring my money to a different bank. They just lost a long-term customer. Clerk, need to be re-trained better on her customer service skills. Always thank a customer after closing out a transaction, don't look at me like you mad doing your job!!!

I've always had a good experience at this particular branch until i recently moved back to the Bryan/College Station area back in October 2018. Every time i come to this location, there's one particular teller in the drive through takes entirely too long to process a transaction. He's tall, with dark hair. Twenty minutes in the drive through is ridiculous for a simple withdrawal. I made the mistake of not sending my ID through with my withdrawal slip, so i take full responsibility for that part. However i sent it promptly when he asked me for it. Apparently there was an issue and he needed my debit card even though i wasn't making the withdrawal from the account attached to that debit card. Which doesn't make any sense to me, and i've been in the banking business for over 7 years now. I ended up driving around and parking, unloading both of my children and going inside to ask what the problem was. I figured that he must have been new and still training. The second encounter i had with him was yesterday when i had 4 separate withdrawals from the same account, and i listed the denominations that i wanted on the back of each slip to make it easier on him. I even specified that when i sent the tube back and he acknowledged it. Then he proceeded to ask if i wanted them in separate envelopes and rolled his eyes at me when i said yes - i'm not sure what that was about, maybe he was having a bad day. However he still took ENTIRELY way too long to process my transactions. I've been other times and there is a really nice lady that works in the drive through - her customer service is impeccable. She's always very kind, and quick when processing my transactions. I will undoubtedly be back to this location because it's so close to my house. It's just unfortunate that the male teller that i described above is so slow and doesn't seem very good at his job. Banking isn't for everyone.
