The tellers, operation manager, and loan agent are absolutely amazing. So kind and they all always say hello. They have everything you need in a bank plus the close relationship ship with their customers. I would call all their names however it's the entire group that works there so no need to call them by name. Love the old time charm they bring to banking. Keep up the good work!!!

Barbara Pratt and her staff also have the same approach. We are blessed to have ANB along with its internet banking service for our banking needs!

This is one of the best PNC locations I've been to, and I've been to many. I used to live in…read morePittsburgh, where it started, and I remember the pre-PNC days when it was Pittsburgh National Bank. Anyway, I digress. The location was immaculately clean. The staff members I interacted with were both friendly and professional. I went in for a simple task, to break a few $50 bills into smaller change. The teller I dealt with, Makaya (I hope I spelled that right) was a gem. She was polite, friendly, and professional. Though it was only a minor task, she treated me like I was the most important customer of the day. That goes a long way. I'll be sure to remember it, and to tell others to go to this location without hesitation. I'd give it ten stars if I could. It's definitely better than five!

First national bank and first convenience combined. I was mortified because they failed to post my fifteen thousand deposit. I had a flat and required a tow nearly forty miles away, My money had not posted as per Jacqueline Bank employee said 5,000 of foyers thousand would, Then when I asked for reimbursement they took my drivers license and just made up the last name of Simmons as per bank manager but I called thankfully to the tow company and they realized the issue . When I complained customer service rep took it personally like I was dogging her specifically the next day. It was a nightmare,!I would recommend Aggieland towing Co to anyone As for my bank it remains to be seen,

In response to this, the recipient suggested, "if this doesn't work call and we can write a new one." Perhaps it is advisable to ensure accuracy and quality from the very beginning. If I could give a -1000 I would!
