Your staff has no problem accommodating customers of other backgrounds, but when it came to us, the treatment was appalling. Sharon or Shannon was rude, tried to talk over me, and suggested my tone was inappropriate when I was simply asking legitimate questions about the bank's policies. Her go-to line was, "You can leave," whenever I raised concerns about her attitude. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, she refused, demonstrating a clear abuse of power. After waiting a long time, I looked into the manager's office. What an incredibly rude and nasty look she gave me, wow! Eventually I got my sunglasses. There was a second pair of sunglasses that had fallen in there also. I told her she should get them and put them in the lost and found.
